Alternatives, written the way we would want to read them
39 pages, one per product, each answering the same question: if you are leaving this tool, what does event67 actually do, what does it not do, and when should you stay where you are. Every claim about another product carries a link and the date a person loaded it.
How these pages are written
Comparison content has a bad reputation for a good reason. Most of it restates the competitor's own marketing, invents a price, or hides the part where the other product wins. We wrote an editorial standard first and generated these pages from a single reviewed dataset second, so that the discipline is structural rather than a promise.
Three rules do most of the work. Every fact about another company comes from a page a person loaded, with the URL and the date printed beside the claim. Every page carries a section saying when the other product is the better purchase, and that section is written to be persuasive rather than to be survived. And where we hold an opinion, it is labelled as ours and makes no factual assertion about anyone else.
What follows from that is a set of pages that are sometimes unhelpful to us. event67 does not sell tickets, print badges, stream video, run a call for papers, track continuing-education credits or do exhibitor lead retrieval. Those exclusions appear on every page, in full, because a reader who discovers them in week three of an implementation is a reader we should never have taken.
Every alternatives page
Sorted by product name. The category column is the vendor's own market, not our judgement of it, and the last column is the date the record behind that page was verified.

Which of these you probably want
The list above is flat, and the pages are not interchangeable. Three groups behave differently enough to be worth naming.
- Head-to-head. The products overlap on what happens in the room, so the page is a real comparison and there is a matching side-by-side page under Compare.
- Complementary, 9 of them. Ticketing, registration and community products that do a different job. event67 does not sell tickets or take payment from attendees, so these pages argue for running both rather than switching, and they say so in the first paragraph.
- Migration pages, 4 of them. Brands that are no longer sold under the name people still search for. Those pages are written in the past tense, they name what happened and where the product went, and they carry no head-to-head comparison because there is nothing live to compare against.
Across 6 vendor categories, the shape of the argument changes with what the reader is shopping for, and the pages are written that way rather than from one template with the nouns swapped.
What we deliberately do not publish
A comparison programme is only as trustworthy as the pages it declines to write. These are the records that exist in our research and have no page, with the reason.
Four further products are held out of the programme entirely, for reasons that have nothing to do with how good they are. Two carry names that are ordinary English words or collide across unrelated trademark classes, so a page about them could not be written unambiguously or found reliably. One could not be identified from its own about, contact or privacy pages, and naming a company we cannot identify is the weakest position a factual page can take. One sits under layered ownership with no independent market presence, so presenting it as a standalone competitor would be inaccurate.
Everything else in the research is published above.
All third-party names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only. event67 is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any company named on these pages. Comparison details are accurate as at the dates shown.
What it costs
- Free up to 50
- activated attendees, on one live event
- $5
- per activated attendee beyond 50
- $4,750
- the most one event can ever cost, whatever happens past 1,000
Activated means the person claimed their invite and opened the app. Not when you import them, not when the invite is delivered, and not if they register and stay home.
Questions people actually ask
How are these pages sourced?
Every factual statement about another product traces to a specific URL that a person loaded on the date shown beside it, recorded in a single dataset that the pages are generated from. Nothing about a competitor is typed into a page. If a claim is not in that record with a link and a date, it does not appear.
Why do some pages carry no price for the other product?
Because that vendor does not publish one. Where a company shows no list price we say so in those words and link to their pricing page; we never estimate a figure, infer one from a third-party report, or repeat a number from a software directory as though the vendor had published it. Several directories carry placeholder values that are not prices at all.
Why are some products missing from this list?
Three reasons, all deliberate. Some brands are too ambiguous to write about clearly, so a page would be unrankable and unhelpful. Some could not be identified from their own corporate pages, which is the weakest sourcing position available. And some records carry fewer independent sources than our own threshold requires, so they are listed here without a page until the research improves.
How often is any of this re-checked?
Pricing and whether a product is still sold under its own name are re-verified every 60 days, and within five business days of learning that a vendor has changed its pricing. Capability claims are re-verified every 90 days. A page that goes stale loses the specific stale claim rather than staying live with a number nobody has checked.
Is event67 affiliated with any of these companies?
No. event67 is not affiliated with, authorised by, sponsored by or endorsed by any company named on these pages. All product names, company names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used here for identification only.
