For the person running the event, event67 is a console and an app that share one attendee list.

For an agency, event67 is a multi-tenant console where each client's event carries that client's brand and nothing of yours, and where the cost of an event is a number you can quote before you win the work.
If somebody chose it for you
Attendees, speakers, sponsors and exhibitors did not pick this software and mostly want to know what it will and will not do to their day. Three of these four pages lead with something event67 does not have.

For an attendee, event67 is the app that holds the schedule, the agenda you build from it, the people you met and the photos everyone took.

If you are speaking at an event that runs on event67, you appear in the app as a speaker record with your bio, photo and sessions, entered by the organizer.

If you are sponsoring an event that runs on event67, what you get in the app is a profile ordered by your tier and an association with the sessions you supported.

Activated means the person claimed their invite and opened the app. Not when you import them, not when the invite is delivered, and not if they register and stay home.
Questions people actually ask
Which of these people pay for event67?
Only the organizer, or the agency running the event on their behalf. Attendees, speakers, sponsors and exhibitors have no account and no bill with us, and there is no purchase of any kind inside the attendee app.
Why is there no page for venues?
Because venue booking, catering and event-space CRM are a different product with a different buyer, and event67 does none of it. Writing a venue page would mean implying a capability that does not exist.
Why do the speaker, sponsor and exhibitor pages start with what is missing?
Because those three roles arrive with expectations set by other event software: a speaker portal, a lead list, a booth scanner. None of them exist here. Publishing that early is cheaper for everybody than a disappointed conversation on the exhibition floor.
I am an attendee and cannot get into my event. Who do I ask?
The organizer who invited you. They own the guest list and are the only people who can resend an invite or correct an address; we cannot add anyone to somebody else’s event.
