Every feature, and what each one will not do
Sixteen capabilities across the attendee app and the organizer console. Each page states the honest boundary as plainly as the capability, because the categories event67 loses on are the ones worth finding out about early.
What your attendees open the app for
These are the screens an attendee actually spends the event in. Each page says what the feature does, what it does not do, and what the attendee controls about it.
- The schedule, and the day each attendee builds from it
The schedule is the multi-track programme, filterable by day and track, with each session carrying its speakers, room and sponsors.
- Scan to connect, instead of swapping cards
QR networking in event67 is one attendee scanning another attendee's code to exchange profiles.
- Live Q&A and polls, with a moderator in front of them
Live Q&A in event67 lets attendees ask a question from the session screen and upvote the questions other people asked, so what reaches the stage is what the room actually wants answered.
- One photo album the whole event fills
The shared album is a single event-wide gallery that any attendee can add to from their camera or their camera roll, viewed full screen inside the app.
- Who else is here
The attendee directory is a searchable list of the people at the event, with a full profile behind each name.
- Feedback collected while the room is still warm
Session feedback in event67 is a rating and an optional comment, asked from inside the session screen an attendee already has open.
- The event pass, in Apple Wallet
An event67 Wallet pass is the attendee's event pass held in Apple Wallet, next to their boarding card.
- Sponsors, in tier order, inside the app
Sponsor pages put each sponsor's logo, description and website into the event app, ordered by the tier they bought.
What you run the event from
The console side: building the event, moderating what attendees post, reaching them, and reading the numbers while there is still time to act on them.
- The console the event is actually run from
The organizer console is the browser application behind the attendee app: where events, sessions, speakers, sponsors and attendees are created, where photos and questions are moderated, where campaigns are sent and where the numbers are read.
- Build the app in an afternoon, in a browser
A conference app builder is a console that turns event content into a working app without anybody writing code.
- Check-in that survives a queue
Check-in is a QR scan at the door: the attendee shows their pass, a member of your team scans it in the console, and the arrival is recorded against your guest list.
- Announcements that land on the right screen
An announcement is a post the organizing team publishes to everyone at the event, delivered as a push notification and kept in a feed inside the app.
- The email half of running an event
Campaigns, templates, forms and tracked links live in the same console as the event itself.
- Numbers you can act on before the event ends
Event analytics in event67 show active attendees, engagement funnels and the sessions people actually opened, live rather than in a post-event export.
Whose product it looks like
The two pages that answer the question buyers ask first: whose name is on the app in the store, and what happens to a brand palette that fails a contrast check.
- A branded event app that ships under your name
A branded event app is an event app that carries the organizer's name, logo and colours instead of the vendor's.
- Your brand, checked for contrast, applied everywhere
The theme editor sets your logo, splash screen, colours and typography for an event, and those choices reach every screen an attendee sees.

What it costs
- Free up to 50
- activated attendees, on one live event
- $5
- per activated attendee beyond 50
- $4,750
- the most one event can ever cost, whatever happens past 1,000
Activated means the person claimed their invite and opened the app. Not when you import them, not when the invite is delivered, and not if they register and stay home.
Questions people actually ask
Are any of these features on a higher tier?
No. There is one feature set and every plan gets all of it, including the free one. Individual features are switched on and off per event by the organizer, which is a scoping decision rather than a pricing one.
What is deliberately missing from this list?
Registration and ticketing, badge printing, exhibitor lead retrieval, interactive floor plans and wayfinding, streaming and virtual events, AI matchmaking and meeting scheduling, continuing-education credit tracking, call for papers and speaker portals, and gamification. That list is stable rather than a roadmap.
Can we turn features off for a particular event?
Yes. Photos, Q&A, polls, chat, the attendee directory and the connection features are per-event switches. A board offsite that wants a schedule and nothing else is the same product with different answers.
Which features need the app rather than the browser event site?
The live ones. Q&A, polls, reactions, QR connections, the photo album and the Wallet pass all want the app. The browser event site carries the schedule, speakers and forms for attendees who will not install anything.
