Live schedule with tracks
Rooms, speakers and tracks, updated live. A change you publish in the console is on every phone before the next session starts.
event67 is a branded companion app your attendees actually open — schedule, networking, live Q&A, polls and a shared album — with an organizer console behind it. You pay for the people who turn up, and the price stops.

Grouped the way an attendee uses it, not the way it was built.
Day-by-day and filterable, with the sessions each person picked pinned to the top of their day.
Rooms, speakers and tracks, updated live. A change you publish in the console is on every phone before the next session starts.
Attendees star the sessions they care about and get their own running order rather than the whole programme.
Speaker bios, the room, the sponsors of that session, and how many people are looking at it.
Capacity is enforced on the server, and the waitlist promotes the next person automatically when someone drops.
A directory people can actually search, and a scan that turns a conversation into a contact.
Search by name or company and open a full profile. No business card, no hunting through a badge.
Scan another attendee in person to connect. Remote attendees browse and send a request instead.
Photo, interests and links, with the attendee choosing exactly what is shown to the room.
The room answers back, and the organizer sees it before the session ends.
Questions and upvotes during the session, with moderation so nothing reaches the stage unseen.
Answered in real time from the session screen, with results a speaker can put on the projector.
Reactions stream across the room during a keynote — the part of a live audience a webinar loses.
Ratings and written suggestions go straight to the organizer rather than into a post-event survey nobody opens.
Everybody’s photos in one place, and a switch that decides who may add to it.
Add from the camera or the library, with a full-screen viewer covering the whole event.
Admin-only, moderated or open, with auto-hide the moment a photo is reported.
Every question, poll and photo, kept as a report you can hand to the people who paid for the event.
Announcements and sponsors, pushed at the moment they matter.
A tap opens the exact post or thread, not the app’s front door.
Tier-ordered from Platinum to Bronze, with logos, bios and links — the placement sponsors are actually paying for.
An event pass in Wallet, refreshed by the backend while the event runs.
It is your app in both stores, not ours with your logo in a corner.
Logo, colours and typography flow through every screen of the attendee app.
Each colour pair is measured against WCAG AA and the result is shown while you edit. It warns and confirms; it never blocks a save.
Day one, ten minutes before the keynote. Everything on it is set in the console and published to every phone in the room at once.
Multi-tenant from the first event. Platform staff, organization super-admins, organization admins and per-event moderators, each scoped to what they need.
event67 is the companion app and the console that runs it. It does not sell tickets, print badges, retrieve exhibitor leads, stream video, or match people with an algorithm. Those are real products and this is not one of them.
Saying so up front costs us a few demos and saves you an afternoon.

Activated means the person claimed their invite and opened the app. Not when you import them, not when the invite is delivered, and not if they register and stay home.
The first 50 activated attendees are free and the next 250 cost $5 each, so a 300-person conference comes to $1,250 for the event. Nothing is charged for people who never open the app.
An attendee is activated when they claim their invite and open the app. Importing them does not count, delivering the invite does not count, and registering and then staying home does not count.
Yes. The attendee app ships to the App Store and Google Play under your name, with your logo, colours and typography throughout. There is also a web version for anyone who would rather not install anything.
No. event67 is the companion app and the organizer console. Selling tickets, printing badges and streaming video are handled by other tools, and we would rather say so than lose your afternoon to a demo.
$4,750. The price stops at 1,000 activated attendees, so a 5,000-person festival costs the same as a 1,000-person summit.
One live event with up to 50 activated attendees, the whole feature set, your branding, no card.
