You never pay for a no-show

The first 50 people who actually turn up are free. After that it is $5 each, and the price stops at $4,750 however big the room gets. Invite your whole list; pay for the room that walks in.

The more you commit, the less each attendee costs

A credit covers one billable attendee — the 50 included seats still apply on every event. So the comparison below is exact, not a rounded-up marketing number.

What counts as activated

Activated means the person claimed their invite and opened the app. Not when you import them, not when the invite is delivered, and not if they register and stay home.

If they never opened it, they were never on your bill.

No per-event minimum
A 60-person workshop pays for ten people. There is no floor to clear first.
Currency per event
Pick it when you create the event. It locks when the event goes live, so the number you were quoted is the number you are billed.
Nothing is a surprise
A live meter runs in the console from the day you publish, and we email you the amount before the card is ever charged.

Billing questions

When exactly does an attendee become billable?

Activated means the person claimed their invite and opened the app. Not when you import them, not when the invite is delivered, and not if they register and stay home.

What is the most a single event can cost?

$4,750. The meter stops at 1,000 activated attendees, so every person past that point costs nothing.

Are the local prices a currency conversion?

No. Each currency has its own flat price that we bill in that currency. It is not today’s conversion of the US price and it does not move when the exchange rate does. You pick the currency when you create the event and it locks when the event goes live.

When am I charged?

Forty-eight hours after the event ends. A live meter runs in the console from the day you publish, and we email you the amount before the card is charged.

What happens if I run past my Season Pass credits?

Overage bills at the standard $5 rate. It is never a penalty rate and never a mid-year renegotiation.

Is there a minimum per event?

No. A 60-person workshop pays for ten people, because the first 50 activated attendees are free on every event. There is no floor to clear first.
