EventMobi alternative: event67, with the add-ons already included
event67 is a branded conference app charged per activated attendee, free for the first 50 and capped per event. EventMobi is a full event platform that publishes a per-event floor and an annual unlimited-events licence, with onsite, streaming and integration capabilities priced separately on top.

The question is what sits inside the price
EventMobi (EventMobi is a trademark and tradename of 5Touch Solutions Inc.) is one of the few vendors in this category that publishes real starting figures rather than a quote form, and that deserves credit before anything else on this page. Its pricing page sets out a per-event floor and an annual unlimited-events licence, and it also sets out, in the open, what is priced separately: pre-printed badge stock per badge, onsite label-printing hardware rental, streaming and video storage packs, and standard integrations per integration, with API and Zapier free (accessed 3 September 2026).
That transparency is what makes the comparison tractable. Two products, two published starting points, and a clear question: for the event you are actually running, which line items do you need, and are they inside the number or beside it?
The second thing to weigh is time. EventMobi's own help centre documents the Custom Branded Apps process in unusual detail: the app is hosted from the organiser's own Apple and Google developer accounts with their own store listing and icon, EventMobi's Branded Apps Team generates the native file for submission, and the stated timeline is four to eight weeks in total, with multi-event branded apps carrying the same window (accessed 3 September 2026). That is a documented, honest lead time and it is more than most vendors in this category will tell you. It also happens to be the single fact most likely to decide your evaluation, because a conference in six weeks and a conference in six months are different purchases.
What organizers ask us for — event67's own opinion
Our own reading of the conversations we have. It is opinion, it is about what people want rather than about anyone's product, and we sell one of the two things being compared.
- One app, not three separate downloads
- Engagement features inside the price, not beside it
- A lower floor for a mid-sized conference
- Signing up without booking a demo first
- A store listing tied to their own event
- A known worst case before committing
event67's answers, from the product itself. Attendees install one app that carries schedule, networking, Q&A, polls, photos, sponsors and the Wallet pass; there is no separate onsite app and no separate lead-capture app, because event67 has no onsite hardware or lead retrieval at all. Chat with reactions, replies and delivery ticks, live Q&A, polls, the shared photo album, campaigns, forms, tracked links and scheduled push are in the base product. The floor is zero: the first 50 activated attendees are free. Signup is self-serve email and password. The store listing is the client's own. And the worst case for any single event is $4,750, published.
EventMobi and event67, row by row
Every cell in the EventMobi column is quoted or summarised from a page we loaded ourselves, with the link and the date beside it. A row we could not source is not softened, it is removed. EventMobi may change its pricing at any time; check EventMobi's pricing page for current figures.

event67 meters activated attendees on a single event. EventMobi's published model is published starting prices, per event or per year, with quoted scaling and priced add-ons. The two are not the same unit, so the figures are not directly comparable.
Every event67 figure on this page is generated at build time from event67's own pricing library rather than typed into the page, so the page and the meter cannot disagree. event67 publishes no performance, capacity or throughput measurement on this page, and makes no comparative measurement of any other product.
All third-party names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only. event67 is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any company named on this page. Comparison details are accurate as at the dates shown.
A 340-person association conference on event67
The list arrives by CSV from wherever registration lives. Invites go out with per-recipient delivery tracking, and the console's live meter starts counting activations the day the event is published — so the number that will be billed is visible from the beginning rather than arriving afterwards.
Delegates build a personal agenda from a track-filtered schedule, RSVP to two capacity-controlled workshops with server-side waitlist promotion, scan each other to connect, upvote questions into moderated live Q&A, answer polls from the session screen, and post to a shared album running in moderated mode. Sponsors appear on tier-ordered pages from Platinum to Bronze with logos, bios and websites. The organiser publishes announcements that deep-link into the exact thread, runs an audit-logged admin chat with the AV team, approves photos and questions before they reach the room, and reads active attendees, funnels and top sessions live.
The bill: 340 activated attendees, less the 50 that are free, is 290 billable at $5 — $1,450 for the event. Nothing else is added; there are no add-on line items in event67 because the capabilities they would buy do not exist here. Figures computed from event67's pricing library at build time.
When EventMobi is the better fit
Whenever the event has an onsite operation. EventMobi publishes touchless QR check-in with digital badges, onsite check-in and badge printing through its BadgeON and Onsite apps, pre-printed badge stock delivered with taxes and shipping included across the US, Canada, UK and Germany, printer hardware rental as a seven-day package, and a lead-capture app for exhibitors (accessed 3 September 2026). event67 has none of that. No printer integration, no kiosk, no badge stock, no exhibitor lead retrieval. If your run of show includes a registration desk with printers on it, that is a whole layer we do not supply and someone else would have to.
The same applies to interactive multi-floor and multi-venue maps, which EventMobi publishes and event67 does not have at all, and to video: EventMobi publishes video libraries with channel-style organisation and analytics, plus streaming and storage packs. event67 has no streaming, no on-demand library and no virtual stage.
There is also a services dimension. EventMobi's annual licence is described as including a dedicated Event Success Manager, collaborative build sessions and quarterly business reviews, with unused attendee licences rolling into future contract periods (accessed 3 September 2026). event67 has no equivalent programme. An association running several events a year with a small internal team and a preference for a named person on the other end is buying something real there, and we would not pretend otherwise.
What event67 does not do
The full list, because the gap between two apps in this category is usually the whole decision:
- Onsite badge printing, badge stock, kiosks and printer hardware
- Exhibitor lead retrieval and booth scanning
- Interactive floor plans, multi-venue maps and wayfinding
- Attendee registration, ticketing and payment collection
- Virtual and hybrid streaming, video libraries and on-demand content
- Call for papers, abstract review and speaker portals
- CEU, CME or PDH credit tracking and certificates
- Paid custom integration engineering for enterprise systems
- In-app account deletion — deletion runs by email and a web page
What switching actually involves
Split the requirement in two
List what happens at the registration desk and what happens in the session room. event67 covers the second column only. If the first column is long, this is a partial move and you should size it that way.
Import the attendee list
Name, email and the profile fields you want in the directory, by CSV. Invites follow with per-recipient delivery tracking, and unopened invites are never billed.
Rebuild the programme
Sessions, tracks, rooms, speakers and tier-ordered sponsors in the console. Workshop capacities are enforced server-side with automatic waitlist promotion, so the RSVP rules move with the agenda.
Theme, test, publish
Logo, colours and typography flow through every screen with a WCAG AA contrast advisory that warns and confirms without blocking a save. Run the free 50-attendee tier on an internal event first.
The awkward part is the calendar. A branded app has to clear store review, and event67 does not publish a lead-time figure because we have none we can stand behind for every case — which is a weaker answer than EventMobi's documented four to eight weeks and we would rather say so than invent a number. Ask us for a date against your event date and we will give you one.

- activated attendees, on one live event
- $5
- per activated attendee beyond 50

Questions people actually ask
How much does EventMobi cost?
EventMobi publishes starting figures on its own pricing page: a per-event floor and an annual unlimited-events licence, plus separately priced pre-printed badges per badge, onsite printer hardware rental, streaming and video packs per event, and standard integrations per integration, with API and Zapier free (accessed 3 September 2026). The table on this page carries those figures with the source and date. EventMobi may change its pricing; check its pricing page for current figures.
Why does Capterra show a different EventMobi price?
Capterra records a usage-based one-time starting price that is lower than the per-event floor on EventMobi's own pricing page (both accessed 3 September 2026). Where a vendor's own page and a directory disagree, we cite the vendor and say so. That is why every EventMobi figure on this site links to eventmobi.com/pricing rather than to an aggregator.
How long does a branded app take?
EventMobi's help centre documents four to eight weeks in total for a Custom Branded App, covering creation of the native file, submission to the app stores and approval, with multi-event branded apps on the same timeline (accessed 3 September 2026). event67 publishes no lead-time figure of its own, because we have none we can stand behind for every case. Ask us against your event date.
Does event67 have one app or several?
One for attendees. Schedule, personal agenda, directory, QR connections, live Q&A, polls, reactions, shared photo album, sponsor pages, push and the Wallet pass are all in the same app, plus a browser event site for people who will not install anything. There is no separate onsite app and no lead-capture app, because event67 has no onsite hardware and no exhibitor lead retrieval.
What does event67 cost for a 340-person conference?
$1,450. The first 50 activated attendees are free and each of the remaining 290 is $5. A single event never exceeds $4,750 however large the room. Activated means the person claimed their invite and opened the app, so a padded invite list costs nothing and someone who registers and stays home is not billed.
Can I try event67 before committing?
Yes, self-serve. One live event up to 50 activated attendees, the whole feature set, the full branded theme, bulk invites, no card and no trial clock. EventMobi publishes no free version, and its free trial access is granted after a personalised demo (accessed 3 September 2026).
