Nunify alternative: event67, with the branded app included rather than upgraded
This is one of the closer comparisons in the category, because both products put a branded event app in an attendee's hand. event67 is a conference companion app for iOS, Android and web with an organiser console behind it, metered on attendees who actually turn up and capped per event. Nunify is a broader event platform that also sells registration, ticketing, onsite check-in hardware support and exhibitor tooling, with the branded app available as a paid white-label upgrade on its top published plan.

The question that actually needs answering: what is included, and what is an upgrade?
Nunify (Nunify is a trademark of Nunify Inc.) publishes a genuinely wide surface, and anyone shortlisting it should read the whole list rather than our summary of it: an event app for iOS, Android and web; a multi-track agenda with limited RSVP, personalised schedules and session reminders; a social wall for photos and video; image-based polls, moderated live Q&A, word-cloud games and surveys; segmented scheduled push with rich media; AI matchmaking, direct messaging, 1:1 meeting scheduling with optional video and speed networking; sponsor and exhibitor profiles, sponsored content, QR lead scanning with export, interactive floor plans and virtual booths; registration and ticketing; and onsite check-in over QR, NFC or RFID with badge printing (nunify.com and nunify.com/event-app, accessed 3 September 2026). Several of those are things event67 does not do at all, and we come back to them further down.
The question that decides most shortlists is narrower than the feature list, though. It is whether the app your attendees download carries your name, and what that costs.
Both products can put your name on the listing, and the structures differ in a way worth understanding before either demo. Nunify's own white-label FAQ states that white-label apps are published under the customer's branded name in the Apple App Store and Google Play, that the customer grants Nunify App Manager access to their own Apple Developer Account so the listing sits in the customer's account, that white-label is a paid upgrade with a one-time setup cost plus additional charges for update requests to white-label modules, that mobile app and website white-labelling must be taken together and cannot be separated, and that emailers and the admin CMS carry further separate costs; no lead time is stated (help.nunify.com, accessed 3 September 2026). Events that do not take the upgrade run inside the shared nunify container app instead (nunify.com/event-app, accessed 3 September 2026). In event67 there is no upgrade path, because there is nothing to upgrade to: the store listing under the organiser's own name is how every event67 event ships, on the free tier included.
What organisers shortlisting branded event apps ask us for — event67's own opinion
This section is event67's own opinion about the conversations we have, not a factual statement about anyone else's product. We sell this software, so weigh it accordingly. These are the requests that come up most in a branded-app shortlist.
- The branded listing included, not quoted separately
- One price covering everything the event uses
- Billing tied to turnout, not purchased capacity
- To try it on a real event first
- A ceiling the invoice cannot pass
- Changes made in the console, not by request
Here is what event67 does about each. The branded store listing on the App Store and Google Play is standard on every event, including the free one, with the organiser's logo, colours and typography running through every screen. There is one line item: activated attendees. The meter counts a person only once they have claimed their invite and opened the app, so a padded invite list, a wave of no-shows or a cancelled delegate all cost nothing, and invites themselves are unlimited. The free tier is a real live event up to 50 activated attendees with the whole feature set and no card, rather than a countdown. The per-event total stops at a fixed ceiling however large the room becomes. And sessions, tracks, rooms, speakers, sponsors, theme, announcements, forms and email templates are all edited directly in the console by whoever holds the role.
Nunify and event67, row by row
Every cell in the Nunify column is quoted or summarised from a page we loaded ourselves, with the link and the date beside it. A row we could not source is not softened, it is removed. Nunify may change its pricing at any time; check Nunify's pricing page for current figures.

No card and no trial clock. |
| Branded app in the organizer's own store listing | White-label is a paid upgrade, not an inclusion. Apps are published under the customer's branded name in both the Apple App Store and Google Play, and attendees download the organiser's branded app rather than the nunify container.help.nunify.com/en/articles/9271014-whitelabel-faq, accessed 3 September 2026 | Standard on every event, including the free one. | Published set-up or lead time | Not published on the pages recorded in the source list.help.nunify.com/en/articles/9271014-whitelabel-faq, accessed 3 September 2026 | Not published. event67 states no lead-time figure, because store review time varies; a date is given against a specific event date instead. |

event67 meters activated attendees on a single event. Nunify's published model is published monthly subscription tiers with capacity add-ons; white-label priced separately on quote. The two are not the same unit, so the figures are not directly comparable.
Every event67 figure on this page is generated at build time from event67's own pricing library rather than typed into the page, so the page and the meter cannot disagree. event67 publishes no performance, capacity or throughput measurement on this page, and makes no comparative measurement of any other product.

How event67 runs a 600-delegate professional conference
Two days, three tracks, a workshop stream and a sponsor floor of the ordinary kind — logos and tables, no exhibition hall. The organiser creates the event, sets the theme, imports the delegate list from CSV and sends invites with per-recipient delivery tracking. Nobody trims the list to save money, because invites are not the meter.
Delegates filter three tracks into a personal agenda through My Picks, RSVP to workshops where capacity is enforced server-side with automatic waitlist promotion, connect by scanning each other's QR codes, search the directory by name or company, ask and upvote questions in moderated live Q&A, answer polls from the session screen, send crowd reactions during the keynote, rate sessions and post suggestions to the organiser, and add photos to a shared album run open, moderated or admin-only with auto-hide once a photo is reported. Apple Wallet passes are issued from the event record and refreshed by the backend during the event, with an iOS Live Activity on the same dispatcher. In the console, the team scans arrivals against the guest list, watches a live arrivals count, clears approval queues, publishes scheduled announcements that deep-link to the exact post, runs branded email campaigns, and reads engagement analytics live. Team chat inside the console carries reactions, replies, delivery ticks and an audit trail, which is where most of the day's coordination actually happens.
Worked in full: 600 activated attendees, less the 50 included free, leaves 550 billable at $5 each — $2,750 for the conference. Had 1,100 people activated instead, the total would be $4,750, because the curve stops at 1,000. Charging happens 48 hours after the event ends, never before, and the amount is emailed first. Figures generated from event67's own pricing library.
When Nunify is the better fit
The published scope is wider than ours, and for a lot of events that settles it. Nunify's own pages list registration and ticketing, onsite check-in over QR, NFC or RFID with badge printing, exhibitor and sponsor profiles with QR lead scanning and export, interactive floor plans, virtual booths, AI matchmaking, direct messaging, 1:1 meeting scheduling with optional video, and speed networking (nunify.com, accessed 3 September 2026). Every single item in that sentence is a confirmed hard exclusion in event67. If your requirement list includes selling tickets, printing badges at the door, giving exhibitors scannable leads, or matching delegates into meetings, then one vendor covering all of it is the right shape of purchase and we are the wrong one. Its published plan structure also starts well below the app tier, so an organiser who wants registration and check-in without an app has somewhere cheaper to land.
The second reason is the surrounding programme. Nunify publishes capacity in bands — 150, 300, 500, 1,000 and above — for check-ins on one plan and attendees per event on another, with unlimited events and unlimited registrations on the entry plan and a stated allowance of event invitations per plan (nunify.com/pricing, accessed 3 September 2026). A team running many events a year against a known headcount may find a banded subscription easier to budget than a per-attendee meter, and a subscription that covers unlimited events is a different instrument from our per-event charge. Its white-label programme is also established rather than new: apps published under the customer's own Apple Developer account with a dedicated account manager on the app tier, and its own blog markets that most enterprise customers launch a branded app within a week of signing for standard deployments (nunify.com/blogs/white-label-event-app-guide, accessed 3 September 2026) — a vendor marketing claim rather than a commitment we can verify, but their claim to make.
What event67 does not do
Longer than usual on this page, because the overlap is real and the exclusions are where the two products actually part company. None of the following exists in event67:
- Attendee registration, ticketing and payment collection
- Onsite badge printing and NFC or RFID check-in hardware
- Exhibitor lead scanning, lead export and CRM sync
- Interactive floor plans, venue maps and wayfinding
- Virtual booths and virtual or hybrid streaming
- AI matchmaking, speed networking and 1:1 meeting scheduling
- Direct one-to-one messaging between attendees
- Call for papers, abstract review and speaker portals
- CEU, CME or PDH credit tracking and certificates
- Gamification: points, leaderboards and challenges
- In-app account deletion — handled by email and a web page
Two of those deserve emphasis on this page in particular. event67's QR is attendee-to-attendee networking and is not exhibitor lead capture, and our attendee directory plus QR connections is not matchmaking — a directory is not an algorithm, and we will not let it be described as one.
What a move between branded apps involves
Check the exclusion list first
Read the section above before anything else. If your event needs ticketing, badge printing, lead scanning or floor plans, the move ends there and the rest of these steps do not apply to you.
Export attendees and agenda
Name, email and the profile fields you want visible between delegates. event67 imports attendees from CSV; sessions, tracks, rooms, speakers and sponsors are entered or imported into the console. Nothing here needs cooperation from a previous vendor beyond a standard export.
Set the theme and check contrast
Logo, colours and typography flow through every attendee screen. The console checks each colour pair against WCAG AA and surfaces the result; the check warns and confirms, and never blocks a save.
Publish, invite, and watch the meter
Invites go out with per-recipient delivery tracking. The console's live meter counts activated attendees from the day the event is published, so the total is visible as it accrues rather than arriving afterwards, and the charge lands 48 hours after the event ends.
The awkward part here is not the data — it is that you are moving between two store listings. Delegates who installed a branded app for last year's event have the previous one on their phone, so the invite email, the Wallet pass and the signage at the desk all need to name the new one explicitly, and someone at registration should expect to point at a QR code more than once. On an event67 event that store listing belongs to your organisation, which is the part that makes the second move cheaper than the first.
Sources
Each entry is a page a person loaded on the date shown. The specific claim each one supports sits beside that claim in the table above, so you can check any single row against its own source rather than against this list. Pricing and status are re-checked every 60 days; capability claims every 90.

What it costs
- Free up to 50
- activated attendees, on one live event
- $5
- per activated attendee beyond 50
- $4,750
- the most one event can ever cost, whatever happens past 1,000
Activated means the person claimed their invite and opened the app. Not when you import them, not when the invite is delivered, and not if they register and stay home.
Questions people actually ask
Is the branded app included or an upgrade?
In event67 it is included on every event, the free one as well: the app is published to the App Store and Google Play under the organiser's own listing, themed with their logo, colours and typography, at no separate charge. Nunify's own white-label FAQ describes white-label as a paid upgrade carrying a one-time setup cost plus additional charges for update requests to white-label modules, with mobile app and website white-labelling bought together rather than separately (help.nunify.com, accessed 3 September 2026).
Does Nunify have a free plan?
Nunify's own pricing page, accessed 3 September 2026, publishes three paid monthly plans and a 15-day free trial of its Engage plan that does not require a credit card. We take the vendor's own page as authoritative on this question and cite nothing else for it. event67's free tier is a live event rather than a trial: one event, up to 50 activated attendees, whole feature set, full branded theme, bulk invites, no card and no clock.
How do the two pricing models compare?
They meter different things, so they are not directly comparable and we will not pretend a single number settles it. Nunify's pricing page publishes monthly subscription plans with capacity bought in bands — 150, 300, 500, 1,000 and above — for check-ins or attendees per event, with unlimited events on the entry plan and white-label quoted separately (accessed 3 September 2026). event67 charges per event on activated attendees: the first 50 free, $5 each after that, and a hard stop at $4,750 for one event regardless of size.
Can I sell tickets through event67?
No. event67 has no box office, takes no payment from attendees and runs no paid forms, so there is no ticket revenue for us to take a share of. Organisers keep ticketing wherever it already lives and import the resulting attendee list by CSV. If having registration, payment and the app under one contract matters to you, that is a real reason to choose a platform that publishes ticketing — which Nunify does.
What does event67 cost for a 600-delegate conference?
$2,750. Six hundred activated attendees, less the 50 included free, leaves 550 billable at $5 each. Activated means the delegate claimed their invite and opened the app — not on import, not on invite delivery — so a padded list and a batch of no-shows cost nothing. The charge lands 48 hours after the event ends, with the amount emailed before any card is touched.
Does event67 do AI matchmaking or 1:1 meetings?
No. AI matchmaking and a 1:1 meeting scheduler are confirmed absent, and so is direct one-to-one messaging between attendees. What exists is an attendee directory searchable by name or company, full profiles where each attendee chooses what is shown, and QR connections made in person. A directory plus a scan is not matchmaking, and we will not describe it as such — if delegate-to-delegate meeting scheduling is a requirement, Nunify publishes it and we do not.
