Every kind of gathering, and what it needs

Thirty people or ten thousand, a sales kickoff or a village hall. Each page below is written for one kind of event: what it needs, how the day runs, what we cannot do for it, and what it costs at a typical size.

The same product, twenty-six different days

event67 is one thing: a branded app for your attendees, published to the App Store and Google Play under your own name, with the schedule, live Q&A and polls, QR networking, a shared photo album, sponsor pages, push announcements and check-in, plus the console that runs them. What changes between a hackathon and a gala is not the feature list. It is which features carry the day, when they matter, and which of our absences you will run into.

So each page names the moments that decide its own event, and each one carries a section listing what event67 does not do for that event type. Ticketing, badge printing, exhibitor lead retrieval, continuing-education credits, interactive floor plans and video streaming are absent from all of them. Which of those is a dealbreaker depends entirely on what you are running, which is exactly why the lists differ.

The number beside each one is a room, not a limit

Every page carries a typical attendance for that kind of event, and the worked cost example on it is computed at that size. They are planning figures rather than statistics: the point of publishing them is that you can see what your own event would cost before you talk to anybody, and the smallest events on this list are free outright.

The curve is the same everywhere. Attendees who claim their invite and open the app are what counts; people who register and stay home never appear. The first fifty of them are free on one live event, and the total for a single event stops rising once a thousand have activated, so a festival and a village meeting are priced by the same rule with very different results.

Questions people actually ask

My event is not on this list. Does event67 still work for it?

Probably, if it is an organized gathering of thirty or more people with a schedule. The product is the same on every page here: a branded app with the agenda, questions, networking, photos and announcements. What differs is the run of show and which of our gaps matter to you, which is why each page states its own gaps rather than hiding them in one place.

Why does each page list things event67 cannot do?

Because the fastest way to waste your afternoon is a demo that dies on a missing feature. Ticketing, badge printing, exhibitor lead retrieval, credit tracking, floor plans and streaming are all absent, and different event types care about different ones. Each page names the ones that matter to it.

Does the price change depending on the kind of event?

No. One curve covers every event type on this page: the first fifty attendees who claim their invite and open the app are free, each one after that costs the same, and the total for any single event stops rising at a thousand activated attendees. The worked example on each page uses that same curve at a size typical for that event type.

Can one account run several kinds of event?

Yes. The console is multi-tenant with organization admins and per-event moderators, so a team running a kickoff, a customer conference and a series of regional meetings runs them side by side. Each event bills separately with its own free fifty, or prepaid credits pool across all of them.
