Talk to us
There is no contact form on this page and that is deliberate. Three email addresses cover everything, they are answered by people who build the product, and writing to the right one with the right detail gets you a useful answer on the first reply instead of the third.
Three addresses
- hello@event67.com
- Sales, partnerships, agencies, security reviews and anything you would like the product to do.There is no sales department in the way. The person who replies can change the product.
- support@event67.com
- Something is not working, before an event or during one.If your event is live, say so in the subject line.
- privacy@event67.com
- Data access, export and deletion requests.Answered within 30 days, including rights under the GDPR and the CCPA/CPRA.
What to put in the first email
Four facts turn a two-week thread into a one-reply answer, because they determine most of what we would otherwise have to ask.
- The date of your event, or that you do not have one yet.
- Roughly how many people you expect. This is what the price is made of, and it is also the difference between an afternoon of setup and a project.
- Whether you need a branded app in the app stores, or the browser event site is fine. The first has a two to three week store review; the second does not.
- Anything on your requirements list that we might not do. Registration, ticketing, badge printing, lead retrieval, streaming, floor plans, credit tracking and abstract management are all firm noes, and finding that out in the first email saves you a call.
If you are an attendee, write to the organizer first
The most common message we receive is from somebody who cannot get into an event, and it is almost always a message we cannot act on.
The organizer owns the guest list, the schedule, the settings and your invite. We cannot add you to their event, resend their invite or change your details on their behalf, and it would be a bad property of the product if we could.
So: ask the organizer first. They can see whether your invite was delivered or bounced, and they are the only ones who can correct an address that was mistyped in an import. If they have tried and something is genuinely broken, then support@event67.com is the right place, and mentioning the event name will save a round trip.
What to expect back
- Live event problems
- Treated first. Put the event name in the subject line and say that it is running.
- Commercial questions
- Answered directly, including the ones where the answer is that we are not the right product. The pricing is published, so there is nothing to extract from you before we can quote.
- Security reviews
- Answered specifically. We publish what we do not hold — no SOC 2, no ISO 27001, no VPAT — so you can rule us out quickly if you need one.
- Privacy requests
- Within 30 days, as stated in the privacy policy.
What we will not do is put a form in front of a question, ask for a phone number before answering an email, or route a two-line query into a qualification sequence.

What it costs
- Free up to 50
- activated attendees, on one live event
- $5
- per activated attendee beyond 50
- $4,750
- the most one event can ever cost, whatever happens past 1,000
Activated means the person claimed their invite and opened the app. Not when you import them, not when the invite is delivered, and not if they register and stay home.
Questions people actually ask
Why is there no contact form?
Because a form is worse for both of us. It hides the address, it forces your question into fields we chose, and it makes you wait to find out who is answering. Three addresses, plainly stated, are more credible for a company this size and considerably faster.
I am an attendee and I cannot get into my event. Who do I contact?
The organizer who invited you. They own the guest list and are the only ones who can resend an invite or fix a mistyped address; we cannot add you to somebody else's event. If they have tried and something is genuinely broken, write to support@event67.com and include the event name.
Do I have to talk to sales to get a price?
No. Every price is published: the first 50 activated attendees on an event are free, each one after that is $5, and one event never exceeds $4,750. The calculator gives you your own number without a form or an email address.
Can we get a security questionnaire completed?
Write to hello@event67.com with what your process needs. We answer specifically and we publish the assurances we do not hold, so if SOC 2, ISO 27001 or a VPAT is a hard requirement you can rule us out before spending time on it.
Is there a phone number?
No. Everything runs through email, which means the answer you get is written down and comes from somebody who can look at the actual event rather than from a script.

Or just try it
A first event under fifty attendees costs nothing, needs no card, and will answer more questions than we can.
