Your industry, and the answer we usually have to give
Seventeen industries, each with the events it actually runs, the procurement questions it actually asks, and the one requirement in that sector that event67 cannot meet. That last part is on the page rather than in a call.
One product, seventeen different procurement conversations
event67 does not change by industry. It is a branded app for your attendees, published to the App Store and Google Play under your own name, carrying the schedule, live Q&A and polls, QR networking, a shared photo album, sponsor pages, push announcements and check-in, with a console behind it. What changes is which part of that carries your particular workflow, and which of our absences your sector screens for.
The absences are not the same everywhere, which is why they are worth listing per industry rather than once. Continuing-education credits end most association, healthcare, legal and real-estate evaluations. An accessibility conformance report ends most university and public sector ones. Donations and auctions end the nonprofit conversation. Each page below states its own, near the top, before anything else.
Seventeen industries, and their blockers
The third column is the requirement most likely to disqualify us in that sector. Read it before the page.
| Industry | Typical room | What we cannot do |
|---|---|---|
| agencies and event producers | 650 | No reseller portal, client sub-billing or margin tooling |
| associations | 1,200 | No CEU credit tracking and no abstract management |
| enterprise | 2,200 | No single sign-on and no HR system sync |
| faith organizations | 1,800 | Not a church management system: no giving or membership |
| finance and insurance | 550 | No CE credits, and not a supervision archive |
| government and public sector | 300 | No streaming, no VPAT and no government authorisation |
| healthcare | 700 | No CME credits, and never for patient data |
| higher education | 2,800 | No VPAT, no SSO and no student system integration |
| hospitality | 500 | Nothing venue-side: no banquet orders or function-space sales |
| manufacturing | 480 | No offline mode, and everyone needs an email address |
| media and entertainment | 900 | No streaming, ticketing or press accreditation |
| nonprofits | 400 | No donations, auctions or donor records |
| professional services | 340 | No CPD, CLE or CPE credit tracking |
| real estate and franchise | 1,000 | No CE credit tracking and no supplier lead capture |
| retail and consumer brands | 720 | No offline mode and no training compliance records |
| sports organizations | 1,600 | No scores, standings, brackets or player registration |
| technology | 850 | No SSO, no API and no streaming |
No industry pricing, and no contract minimum
Every industry on this page is billed by the same rule, and the rule is published rather than quoted. You pay for attendees who claim their invite and open the app, past the first fifty on one live event, and the total for any single event stops rising once a thousand have activated. There is no enterprise tier that unlocks features, and no per-seat licence.
That matters most in the sectors with the least predictable turnout. A university welcome week, a festival and a public consultation all sit under the same ceiling, and each industry page carries a worked example computed at a room size typical for that sector, so the number you see is the number for an event like yours.

What it costs
- Free up to 50
- activated attendees, on one live event
- $5
- per activated attendee beyond 50
- $4,750
- the most one event can ever cost, whatever happens past 1,000
Activated means the person claimed their invite and opened the app. Not when you import them, not when the invite is delivered, and not if they register and stay home.
Questions people actually ask
Why does every industry page lead with what event67 cannot do?
Because in each of these industries there is one requirement that ends the conversation, and it is different every time. An association screens for continuing-education credits, a university for an accessibility conformance report, a nonprofit for donation handling. Publishing the answer is faster than a discovery call for both of us.
Is the product different for each industry?
No. It is one product: a branded app for your attendees with the schedule, live Q&A and polls, QR networking, a shared album, sponsor pages, push announcements and check-in, plus the console behind it. What each page describes is the workflow that industry runs and which parts of the product carry it.
My industry is not listed. Does that mean no?
No. These are the industries where we have something specific to say. If your organisation runs gatherings of thirty or more people with a schedule, the product works the same way. Start from the event type instead, since a sales kickoff is a sales kickoff whoever runs it.
Does the price vary by industry or by contract size?
No. Every industry on this page is billed by the same rule: the first fifty attendees who claim their invite and open the app are free, each one after that costs the same, and the total for a single event stops rising once a thousand have activated. Prepaid credits lower the effective rate for a busy calendar, and that is the only variation.
