Accelevents alternative: event67, where the branded app is not the top tier

event67 is a branded conference app charged per activated attendee, free for the first 50 and capped per event. Accelevents is an annual-licence event platform whose published tiers start in the four figures, with the organiser-branded app sitting in a quote-only White Label tier above them.

The question is where the branded app sits in the plan ladder

Accelevents (Accelevents is a trademark of Accelevents, Inc.) publishes its pricing, which puts it in a minority in this category and is worth acknowledging. Its pricing page names four shapes: a single-event tier, an unlimited-events tier, an Enterprise tier and a White Label tier, with figures on the first two and custom pricing on the last two (accessed 3 September 2026).

The detail that decides most branded-app evaluations is which tier carries the branded app. On Accelevents' own page, the White Label tier is the one that explicitly includes removal of Accelevents branding, a custom URL and email domain, a branded mobile app with a store listing, and optional single sign-on — and that tier is quote-only, sitting above a published four-figure floor (accessed 3 September 2026). In event67 the branded store listing is in the base product on every event, including the free one. That is the structural contrast, and everything else on this page is detail around it.

There is a second shape difference worth naming. Accelevents' pricing page states that all tiers include unlimited admin seats and unlimited registration types, and publishes no per-ticket or per-registration fee, so the figure is an organiser licence rather than a transaction cut (accessed 3 September 2026). event67 is also organiser-billed, but it meters people rather than licensing a period. A licence is indifferent to whether an event lands at 400 or 900; a meter is not. Which of those you prefer is a real preference and not a right answer.

What organizers ask us for — event67's own opinion

Our own view of the conversations we have. It describes what people ask for rather than what any other product does, and we are one of the two parties being compared.

  • A branded listing without the top tier
  • A first event that costs nothing to try
  • Customisation that is not a separate quote
  • Duplicating an event without rebuilding it
  • A cost that follows actual attendance
  • A number visible before a sales call

event67's answers. The branded listing is standard, on every event including the free one. The free tier is a real live event up to 50 activated attendees with the whole feature set, no card, no clock. Theming — logo, colours, typography across every screen — is in the base product with a WCAG AA contrast advisory that warns and confirms without blocking a save. Events are created from the console directly rather than reconstructed from a template. Billing counts activated attendees, so a smaller-than-expected room costs less. And the rate is published.

Accelevents and event67, row by row

Every cell in the Accelevents column is quoted or summarised from a page we loaded ourselves, with the link and the date beside it. A row we could not source is not softened, it is removed. Accelevents may change its pricing at any time; check Accelevents's pricing page for current figures.

event67 meters activated attendees on a single event. Accelevents's published model is annual platform licence by tier (single event vs unlimited events), with a separate White Label tier; virtual-event functionality sold as a paid add-on. No per-ticket or per-registration fee is published. The two are not the same unit, so the figures are not directly comparable.

Every event67 figure on this page is generated at build time from event67's own pricing library rather than typed into the page, so the page and the meter cannot disagree. event67 publishes no performance, capacity or throughput measurement on this page, and makes no comparative measurement of any other product.

A 650-person field-marketing summit on event67

Registration lives wherever it already lives; the resulting list arrives by CSV. Invites go out with per-recipient delivery tracking, and the console's live meter counts activations from the day the event is published, so the number that will be billed is watched rather than discovered.

Delegates run a personal agenda across a multi-track schedule, RSVP into capacity-controlled breakouts with automatic waitlist promotion, scan each other to connect, upvote into moderated live Q&A, answer polls from the session screen, send crowd reactions during the keynote, rate sessions and send suggestions to the organiser, and post into a shared photo album set to moderated. Sponsors sit on tier-ordered pages from Platinum to Bronze with logos, bios and websites. Apple Wallet passes are issued from the event record. On the organiser side: arrivals against the guest list, photo and question approvals, deep-linking announcements and scheduled push, an audit-logged admin chat, themed branded email campaigns with tracked links, forms whose responses land in the console, and live engagement analytics.

The bill: 650 activated attendees, less the 50 that are free, is 600 billable at $5 — $3,000 for the event. A single event never exceeds $4,750. Figures computed from event67's pricing library at build time.

When Accelevents is the better fit

When you want one contract for the whole event. Accelevents publishes registration and ticketing with unlimited registration types and custom fields, onsite check-in and badge printing whether staff-managed or by kiosk, agenda and speaker management, exhibitor and sponsor management with lead capture, a virtual event hub with native streaming as a paid add-on, and CRM integrations with Salesforce, HubSpot and Marketo plus API and webhooks on higher tiers (accessed 3 September 2026). event67 has none of that: no checkout, no printers, no kiosks, no booth scanning, no streaming, no CRM connector.

The unlimited-events tier is the second reason. An organisation running a calendar of events on one annual licence is buying something event67's per-event meter cannot match at volume. Six events on a licence is one payment; six events on event67 is six.

Third, enterprise readiness. Accelevents' Enterprise tier is described as adding approval workflows, a call for speakers, API and webhooks and unlimited organiser profiles (accessed 3 September 2026), and reviewers consistently rate its support during live events. event67 has no approval workflows, no call for speakers and no API programme of that shape, and it is a smaller vendor. Where a purchase has to survive procurement, that is a real difference rather than a marketing one.

What event67 does not do

The full list, so nothing in this comparison is a surprise later:

  • Attendee registration, ticketing and payment collection
  • Onsite badge printing, kiosks and check-in hardware
  • Exhibitor management, booth tooling and lead capture
  • Virtual and hybrid streaming and on-demand video
  • CRM and marketing-automation integrations, and a public API programme
  • Call for papers, abstract review and speaker portals
  • Approval workflows and single sign-on
  • CEU, CME or PDH credit tracking and certificates
  • Unlimited-events licensing — event67 meters each event separately
  • In-app account deletion — deletion runs by email and a web page

What switching actually involves

  1. Count the events, then the attendees

An annual licence and a per-event meter cross over at a volume you can calculate. Charge each event's activated count above 50 at $5, cap each at $4,750, total the year, and compare. If you run a full calendar, the licence may win.

  2. Separate the desk from the room

List what needs a checkout, a printer or a booth scanner. event67 answers none of those. Anything in that column stays with an incumbent or needs a second vendor.

  3. Import and rebuild

Attendee list by CSV, then sessions, tracks, rooms, speakers and tier-ordered sponsors in the console. Breakout capacities and waitlists are enforced server-side rather than by hand.

  4. Theme it and prove it free

Logo, colours and typography flow through every attendee screen, with a contrast advisory on each pair. Run the free 50-attendee tier on an internal event before committing a summit.

The genuinely awkward part is reporting. Engagement analytics, session ratings and the end-of-event archive live in event67, and there is no CRM connector to push any of it into a marketing stack. For a field-marketing team that scores events against pipeline, that is an export and a manual join, and it should be weighed before the move rather than after.

Questions people actually ask

How much does Accelevents cost?

Accelevents publishes starting figures for two of its four tiers on its own pricing page, with the other two priced by quote (accessed 3 September 2026). The table on this page carries the published figures with the source link and date. Note that a third-party listing shows a different figure for the entry tier that conflicts with the vendor's own page; we cite the vendor. Accelevents may change its pricing; check its pricing page for current figures.

Which Accelevents tier includes a branded app?

Its White Label tier, by the vendor's own description: that tier explicitly includes removal of Accelevents branding, a custom URL and email domain, a branded mobile app with a store listing, and optional single sign-on. The White Label tier is quote-only, with no published figure (accessed 3 September 2026). In event67 the branded store listing is standard on every event, including the free tier.

Is there a free version of Accelevents?

No free tier is published on its pricing page; the lowest published entry point is its single-event tier (accessed 3 September 2026). event67's free tier is one live event up to 50 activated attendees, with the whole feature set, the full branded theme and bulk invites, no card and no trial clock.

What does event67 cost for a 650-person summit?

$3,000. The first 50 activated attendees are free and the remaining 600 are $5 each. A single event never exceeds $4,750, which is reached at 1,000 activated attendees. Activated means the person claimed their invite and opened the app, so unopened invites are never billed.

Does event67 handle virtual attendees?

No. There is no streaming, no virtual stage, no breakouts and no on-demand library, confirmed by search across the codebase on 3 September 2026. Accelevents publishes a virtual event hub with native streaming as a paid add-on. If part of your audience joins remotely and expects to watch, event67 is the wrong product for that half.

Can I duplicate an event in event67?

Events are created directly in the console — sessions, tracks, rooms, speakers and sponsors — and the console is designed to be run by a non-technical team. We do not publish a one-click event-duplication feature and will not claim one. For a recurring conference the practical answer today is rebuilding the programme in the console, which is an afternoon per track.
