Activated means the person claimed their invite and opened the app. Not when you import them, not when the invite is delivered, and not if they register and stay home.
Questions people actually ask
Is this a church management system?
No, and it does not try to be. There is no giving, no membership records, no volunteer rostering and no children's check-in. event67 is the app for a specific gathering: its programme, its workshops, its announcements and its photographs. Most faith organisations run it alongside a church management system rather than instead of one.
Can we collect the registration fee?
No. There is no ticketing, no payments and no paid forms. Registration and fees run in your existing tool, and you import the confirmed delegate list as CSV.
What does it cost for a convention of 3,000?
The same as a convention of 1,000 activated delegates. The per-event price stops rising at 1,000, so every delegate beyond that is free. Delegates who register and never open the app are not billed at all.
Can volunteers run it without training?
The console is designed for it, with per-event moderator roles so a volunteer can be given Q&A or photo approvals without being given the whole account. Team chat and billing carry audit trails; moderation does not, which is worth knowing for a team that changes each year.
Can families share one login?
Each activated attendee is their own account with their own agenda and connections. Families often use one device between two people in practice, and that works, but only one personal agenda exists per account.
