The conference app for real estate and franchise brands
Franchise systems and brokerages share a shape: hundreds of independent operators under one brand who meet once a year, are highly motivated, and will ask hard questions in a room the leadership team cannot fully control.
A planning figure for a brokerage or franchise system's annual convention. This is exactly where the price ceiling is reached.
Independent operators under one brand
This page covers real estate brokerages, franchise systems and dealer networks running their own events: annual conventions, agent rallies, regional meetings, owner councils and awards nights. event67 provides the programme, the operator directory, upvoted Q&A, supplier pages and analytics under the brand's own name. It does not track continuing-education credits, capture leads for suppliers, or connect to an MLS or franchise management system.
The annual convention
Sales training, technology sessions, brand updates and an operations panel. Tracks by tenure, production tier or region let a first-year agent and a top producer both build a full day. Session view counts before the convention tell you which rooms will be tight while there is still time to change them.
The operations or agent panel, which is the real event
The session where operators ask leadership about fees, territory, technology or brand standards. Upvoted Q&A means the question answered is the one the room voted for, which is a materially stronger position for a leadership team than choosing at a microphone. Moderation decisions are not logged.
Regional meetings and agent rallies
Smaller, more frequent, often under fifty activated attendees and therefore free. Per-event moderator roles let a regional manager run their own without touching the brand's account, and each event carries its own free fifty.
Supplier and vendor partners
Approved suppliers appear as tier-ordered pages with logos, descriptions and websites, attached to the sessions they sponsor. That is visibility, and it needs saying in the prospectus, because there is no lead capture and no attendee contact export.
Awards night
The running order with categories and their sponsors, arrivals at the door, reactions during announcements, and the shared album for the marketing team the next morning. In a production-ranked culture the awards evening carries more weight than the conference programme, and it deserves the same care.
The technology session, which is where trust is won or lost
Every system runs a session announcing what operators are being asked to adopt this year, and it is reliably the tensest hour of the convention. Upvoted questions change its character: the leadership team sees the objection ahead of time because voting opens before the session, and the room sees that the question being answered is the one it chose. Combined with the archive of what was asked, this is the session most worth running through the app even if you run nothing else through it.
What changes for a leadership team
Operators get a programme built for their tier
Tracks by tenure and production make a large convention usable for a new agent, which is the population most likely to disengage from a generic agenda.
The hard questions arrive ranked
Leadership sees a list ordered by how many operators want each question asked. That is better preparation than any briefing, and it is the artefact a franchise advisory council or agent council should be working from.
The brand owns the app
Published under the brand's own name in both stores, with its colours and identity across every screen. For a franchise system selling brand consistency to its own operators, an app carrying a vendor's name undercuts the pitch.
The bill stops at a thousand
The per-event price stops rising at a thousand activated attendees, so a convention that grows with the network does not grow this line.
Regional meetings stop being a spreadsheet
Between conventions, most systems run a steady calendar of regional meetings that nobody tools because each is too small. Under fifty activated attendees each is free with the whole feature set, and per-event moderator roles let a regional manager run their own without brand-level access. The convention gets the attention; the calendar underneath it stops being invisible.
The gaps specific to this industry
Two of these end evaluations in real estate specifically, so they lead.
- No continuing-education credit tracking. Real estate licensing CE, insurance CE and trade certifications are all outside this product: no attendance verification, no credit rules, no certificates.
- No lead retrieval or badge scanning for suppliers. QR connections are operator to operator and never reach a vendor's CRM.
- No MLS, brokerage platform or franchise management system integration. The attendee list is a CSV import.
- No transaction management, commission tracking or production reporting.
- No recruiting or agent onboarding workflows.
- No ticketing, registration or payments.
- No badge printing and no trade-hall floor plan.
- No single sign-on.
What a 1,000-agent convention costs
A thousand agents and staff activate, which is exactly the point where the per-event price stops moving. Every attendee beyond this costs nothing, so this is the most any single event can ever cost.
- activated attendees
- 1,000activated attendees
- billable, after the first 50 are free
- 950billable, after the first 50 are free
- for the whole event, at $5.00 each
- $4,750for the whole event, at $5.00 each
Regional meetings through the year are separate events, each with their own free fifty activated attendees.
Access, records and the operator relationship
In a franchised system the questions are usually about who can see what, and about the record of what was said.
| Control | What exists |
|---|---|
| Tenancy | Multi-tenant. Brands, regions and offices can run separate events under one organisation. |
| Roles | Four levels: super admin, organization admin, moderator and attendee. A regional manager can be scoped to one event. |
| Audit | Every administrative and moderation action is logged, including which question was held. |
| Meeting record | The reports archive keeps every question with its vote count and every poll result. Useful evidence for an advisory council. |
| Operator privacy | Each attendee chooses what appears on their own profile. There is no contact export for suppliers. |
| Credits | Not tracked, not verified, not certified. There is no partial version. |

What it costs
- Free up to 50
- activated attendees, on one live event
- $5
- per activated attendee beyond 50
- $4,750
- the most one event can ever cost, whatever happens past 1,000
Activated means the person claimed their invite and opened the app. Not when you import them, not when the invite is delivered, and not if they register and stay home.
Questions people actually ask
Does it track real estate CE credits?
No. There is no continuing-education credit tracking, no attendance-duration verification and no certificate generation. If your convention offers licensed CE, that record has to be kept in a separate system, and it is worth settling before you evaluate anything else.
Can suppliers scan agents for leads?
No. There is no lead retrieval, no badge scanning and no export of attendee contact details. Suppliers get tier-ordered pages with logos, descriptions and links. Put that in the supplier prospectus, because discovering it at the trade hall is the common failure.
Does it connect to our MLS or brokerage platform?
No. There is no integration with an MLS, a brokerage platform or a franchise management system. The attendee list is a CSV import for each event.
Can regional offices run their own events?
Yes. The console is multi-tenant with per-event moderator roles, so a regional manager runs their own event without access to the brand's account, and team chat and billing carry audit trails.
What do we get from the operations panel afterwards?
Every question asked, with its upvote count, in the reports archive, along with poll results and moderation actions. For an advisory council that is usually the most valuable output of the convention.
What is the maximum a convention can cost?
The per-event price stops rising at a thousand activated attendees, so there is a fixed ceiling for any single event regardless of turnout. Registered operators who never open the app are not billed.
Can operators see each other's contact details?
Only what each operator chooses to put on their own profile, and connections are made by scanning in person. There is no bulk export of the operator directory, to you or to a supplier, which is worth saying to operators explicitly because in a competitive network it is a genuine concern.
How quickly can we stand up an app before convention?
The event, theme, programme and invites are a same-day job in the console. The part with an external clock is publishing a branded app under the brand's name to the App Store and Google Play, since store review is outside our control. Start that first and use the web version as cover if the timing is tight.
Can operators submit questions before the convention?
Yes, and for the contentious sessions you should open questions a week or two ahead. Voting runs during that window, so leadership arrives with a ranked list and time to prepare a real answer rather than improvising one from a stage. The questions you do not reach are already written down and ranked for a follow-up.

The CE answer is no and the lead-scanning answer is no. If those are not blockers, the rest is straightforward.
