The conference app for hospitality groups
There are two hospitality software markets and they do not overlap. One sells to hotels managing other people's events. event67 is for the other one: a hospitality group running its own.
A planning figure for a hospitality group's annual conference: general managers, owners, corporate staff and brand partners.
A group running its own events, not selling space
This page is for hotel groups, resort operators and hospitality management companies as organizers of their own events: owner and investor meetings, general manager summits, brand conferences, franchisee gatherings and property openings. event67 gives those events a branded app with the programme, networking, announcements and analytics. It is not banquet event order software, not a catering CRM and not a venue sales system, and it does not help you sell function space.
The annual brand conference
General managers, owners and corporate teams in one place once a year. Tracks by brand, region or role, sessions with speakers and rooms, and each delegate's own agenda pinned to the top of their screen. Upvoted Q&A at the operations panel means the question being answered is the one the room voted for, which in a franchised system is a materially easier position for a leadership team to be in.
Owner and investor meetings
Smaller, more senior, and more sensitive. The event site is not indexed by search engines and invites reach only imported addresses, so an owner meeting is private by default rather than by configuration. Moderated Q&A and a logged moderation trail matter more here than any engagement feature.
General manager summits and training
Operational training with workshops that have real seat limits. RSVP capacity is enforced on the server with automatic waitlist promotion, so the revenue management clinic seats the number the room actually holds. Per-session feedback tells the learning team which modules landed.
Property openings and brand launches
A short, high-production event with press, partners and staff in one room. The running order in the app, reactions during the reveal, and the shared album ready the same evening for a marketing team that needs images immediately.
Partner and supplier gatherings
Approved suppliers appear as tier-ordered sponsor pages with logos, descriptions and websites, attached to the sessions they support. Visibility, not lead capture: there is no scanning and no contact export, and the supplier pack should say so.
What changes across an estate
The app carries the group's brand, not a vendor's
Branded apps go to the App Store and Google Play under the group's own name, with its identity across every screen. For a business whose entire product is a consistent guest-facing brand, an app listed under somebody else's name is a visible inconsistency.
Multi-property teams get scoped access
Organization admins and per-event moderators mean a regional team can run its own event without touching another region's. Team chat and billing carry audit trails.
Arrivals you can actually cater against
QR check-in with a live arrivals count. A repeat scan returns already checked in rather than an error. For an industry that plates food for a living, an accurate count an hour before service is worth real money.
The cost stops at a thousand
The per-event price stops rising at a thousand activated attendees. A conference that grows with the estate does not grow this line.
The events team stops rebuilding from scratch each year
Hospitality event calendars are cyclical: the same brand conference, the same owner meeting, the same GM summit, twelve months later with different content. Each year is a new event with its own free fifty activated attendees and its own separate feedback, which is what makes year-on-year comparison possible, and the setup is the same short sequence every time rather than a fresh procurement.
What this is not, before anyone books a demo
The single most common mismatch in this industry is a hotel evaluating event67 as venue-side software. It is not, and the whole feature set is on the organizer's side of the table.
- No banquet event orders, function-space booking, catering CRM or venue sales tooling. If you are selling function space to third-party planners, event67 does nothing for you.
- No property management system integration, no room blocks and no accommodation booking.
- No ticketing, registration or payments.
- No point of sale, no folio charging and no guest billing.
- No exhibitor lead retrieval, badge scanning or badge printing.
- No loyalty programme integration.
- No single sign-on. The attendee list is a CSV import for each event.
What a 500-delegate brand conference costs
Five hundred general managers, owners and corporate staff activate. Fifty are free and the rest are billable once for the whole conference, however many days it runs.
- activated attendees
- 500activated attendees
- billable, after the first 50 are free
- 450billable, after the first 50 are free
- for the whole event, at $5.00 each
- $2,250for the whole event, at $5.00 each
Regional meetings and property openings through the year are separate events, each with its own free fifty activated attendees.
Access, records and privacy
The controls a multi-property operator usually asks about.
| Control | What exists |
|---|---|
| Tenancy | Multi-tenant from day one. Brands, regions and properties can run separate events under one organisation. |
| Roles | Four levels: super admin, organization admin, moderator and attendee. A property team can be scoped to a single event. |
| Audit | Team chat and billing carry audit trails. Moderation actions are not logged. |
| Privacy of owner meetings | Event sites are not indexed by search engines and there is no public listing anywhere. Invites reach only imported addresses. |
| Guest data | event67 holds event attendee data only. It has no connection to your property management or reservation systems and must not be used to carry guest records. |
| Accessibility | WCAG AA contrast checking in the theme editor, which warns and confirms before a save and never blocks one. |

What it costs
- Free up to 50
- activated attendees, on one live event
- $5
- per activated attendee beyond 50
- $4,750
- the most one event can ever cost, whatever happens past 1,000
Activated means the person claimed their invite and opened the app. Not when you import them, not when the invite is delivered, and not if they register and stay home.
Questions people actually ask
Can our hotel use this to manage events our clients book with us?
No. event67 is organizer-side software. It has no function-space booking, no banquet event orders and no catering CRM, and it does not help you sell or manage space for third-party planners. If that is what you need, this is the wrong category of product entirely.
Does it connect to our property management system?
No. There is no PMS integration, no room blocks and no accommodation booking. The attendee list is a CSV import for each event and nothing flows back.
Can we run separate events per brand or region?
Yes. The console is multi-tenant with organization admins and per-event moderators, so a brand team or a regional office runs its own events under the group's account without access to anyone else's. Team chat and billing carry audit trails.
How private is an owner or investor meeting?
Invites go only to the email addresses you import, the event site is not indexed by search engines, and there is no public directory of events on our domain. Q&A and photos can each be set to moderated or admin-only before the meeting opens.
How do suppliers and brand partners appear?
As tier-ordered sponsor pages with logos, descriptions and websites, and attached to sessions. There is no lead capture and no attendee contact export, so partner packages should promise visibility rather than data.
What does a large conference cost?
The per-event price stops rising at a thousand activated attendees, so a conference of three thousand costs the same as one of a thousand. Delegates who never open the app are not billed at all.
Can the same app serve several brands in the group?
Each brand's event is its own event and can carry its own theme, but a single branded app in the app stores carries one identity. Groups with genuinely distinct brands usually publish one app per brand and run each brand's events inside it. Talk to us about the store submission sequence early, because that is the part with an external clock on it.
What does an owner meeting for thirty cost?
Nothing. One live event with up to fifty activated attendees is free, with the whole feature set, the branded theme and bulk invites, and no card. For a group whose calendar is mostly small senior meetings with one large annual conference, that shape is unusually favourable.
