The conference app for finance and insurance
Financial services events run under a compliance regime that shapes everything: who may hear what, what is recorded, and whether a question asked in a room becomes a document. That is the frame this page is written in.
A planning figure for a distribution or advisor conference. Client summits in this sector run much smaller and more senior.
Events run under a compliance regime
This page covers the events a bank, asset manager, brokerage or insurer runs: client and investor summits, advisor and agent conferences, distribution partner meetings, and internal sales and leadership events. event67 provides the programme, moderated Q&A, a directory, announcements and analytics under the firm's own brand, with audit trails on team chat and billing and nothing indexed by search engines. It does not track continuing-education credits and it is not a compliance archive.
Advisor and agent conferences
Product training, market outlook sessions, compliance updates and practice-management workshops. Tracks by channel or production tier, workshops with real capacity enforced on the server with automatic waitlist promotion, and per-session feedback. The gap to settle first: continuing-education credits for licensed advisors and agents are not tracked here.
Client and investor summits
Small, senior and confidential. Invites reach only imported addresses, event sites are not indexed by search engines, and there is no public listing of your events anywhere. Q&A can be moderated or admin-only, though moderation decisions are not logged, which matters when the question asked concerns performance.
Distribution partner meetings
Wholesalers, platforms and intermediaries in a room that is part training and part relationship. A searchable directory and QR connections replace the business card exchange, and connections belong to the two attendees rather than being harvested by the host.
Internal sales kickoffs and leadership forums
The same shape as any large firm's internal programme: tracks by segment, upvoted Q&A for the leadership panel, scheduled announcements and engagement analytics. Each event is separate, so quarter-on-quarter participation is comparable.
The record afterwards
Every question with its upvote count, every poll result and every moderation action stays in the reports archive for that event. Treat it as an operational record. It is not designed as a regulated communications archive and should not be presented internally as one.
Product launches to a distribution network
Launching a fund, a policy or a platform change to the people who have to sell it is a specific kind of event: a short, dense session followed by questions that are really objections. Reactions and a poll written in advance give product management a reading from the exact audience that decides whether the launch works, in the room, before the objection becomes a view that hardens over a quarter. Everything said is attributed and every moderation decision logged, which in this sector is a feature rather than a constraint.
What changes when privacy is the default
Events become private by default rather than by configuration
Invites go only to imported addresses, event sites carry noindex and nofollow, and there is no public event directory. For a firm whose client list is confidential, that default is worth more than a settings page.
Team chat and billing carry audit trails
Who held a question, who approved a photo, who changed the schedule. In a compliance-heavy firm this is the control most often asked for and least often available in an event tool.
The hard questions arrive ranked
At an advisor conference the questions about compensation, product changes or platform fees are the ones that decide the mood. A ranked list is a stronger position for a leadership team than a microphone queue.
The cost has a stated ceiling
The per-event price stops rising at a thousand activated attendees, which for a firm that budgets a year ahead is a more useful number than a rate.
Client events stop leaking
A client summit whose delegate list is discoverable is a compliance incident waiting to happen. Invites reach only imported addresses, event sites carry noindex and nofollow, and there is no public directory of events on our domain. That is the default rather than a hardening step somebody has to remember, which is the property that matters when the person setting up the event is not the person who read the policy.
The compliance answers, given as no
Financial services procurement will ask all of these. Every answer here is honest, and none is softened.
- No continuing-education credit tracking for licensed advisors or agents. No attendance verification, no credit rules, no certificates.
- Not a regulated communications archive. The reports archive is an operational record, not a supervision or retention system, and it should not be relied on for a recordkeeping obligation.
- No compliance certifications asserted on this page. Ask us directly rather than assuming, and we will describe exactly what exists.
- No data residency menu published here.
- No single sign-on and no identity-provider integration.
- No anonymous questions. Everything is attributed, which is sometimes what supervision wants and sometimes suppresses the question entirely.
- No streaming, so a broadcast to advisors at their desks runs elsewhere.
- No integration with your CRM, and no lead capture. QR connections are attendee to attendee.
- No ticketing or payments.
What a 550-advisor conference costs
Five hundred and fifty advisors activate. Fifty are free and the rest are billable once for the whole conference, however many days and workshops it runs.
- activated attendees
- 550activated attendees
- billable, after the first 50 are free
- 500billable, after the first 50 are free
- for the whole event, at $5.00 each
- $2,500for the whole event, at $5.00 each
Client summits and internal forums are separate events, each with their own free fifty activated attendees.
What is actually in place
Mechanisms rather than assurances, because in this sector an unverifiable claim is worse than an absent one.
| Control | What exists |
|---|---|
| Audit trail | Team chat and billing carry audit trails. Moderation actions are not logged. |
| Roles | Four levels: super admin, organization admin, moderator and attendee. Scope is per event. |
| Confidentiality | Invites reach only imported addresses. Event sites are noindex and nofollow, with no public listing anywhere. |
| Content posture | Q&A and photos each run open, moderated or admin-only, set before the event opens. |
| Attribution | All questions and poll responses are attributed. There is no anonymous mode. |
| Client data | event67 holds event attendee data only. It must never carry account, holdings or client financial information. |

What it costs
- Free up to 50
- activated attendees, on one live event
- $5
- per activated attendee beyond 50
- $4,750
- the most one event can ever cost, whatever happens past 1,000
Activated means the person claimed their invite and opened the app. Not when you import them, not when the invite is delivered, and not if they register and stay home.
Questions people actually ask
Does it track CE credits for licensed advisors?
No. There is no credit tracking, no attendance-duration verification and no certificate generation. Insurance and securities continuing education has to be recorded in a separate system, and that is worth settling before evaluating anything else.
Is the reports archive a compliance record?
No. It is an operational record of what was asked, polled and shared at an event. It is not a supervision system, not a retention scheme and not designed for a regulatory recordkeeping obligation. Do not present it internally as one.
How confidential is a client summit?
Invites reach only the email addresses you import, the event site is noindex and nofollow, and there is no public directory of events on our domain. Q&A and photos can each be set to admin-only before anything opens.
Where is our data held, and what certifications do you have?
We do not publish a data-residency menu or a certification list on this page, because a claim you cannot verify is worse than no claim. Ask us directly during evaluation and we will answer precisely.
Can advisors ask questions anonymously?
No. Every question is attributed. In a supervised environment that is sometimes exactly right and sometimes means the difficult question is never asked. Decide which applies to your culture before planning a session around it.
Can we use it for client account information?
No. event67 holds event attendee profiles, session content, questions and photographs. It must never carry account, holdings or client financial information. It is a conference app, not a client system.
Can we restrict who in the firm sees an event?
Yes. Access is role-based across four levels, from super admin through organization admin to moderator, so a relationship manager can be given access to one client summit and nothing else. Team chat and billing carry audit trails. Who moderated which question is not recorded.
Are recordings or transcripts produced?
No. event67 does not record audio or video and produces no transcripts. What it keeps is the text of questions asked, poll results and photographs, in the event's reports archive. If your supervision policy requires a recording, that has to come from another system.
Can we run the same event across several distribution partners?
Each partner audience is usually its own event, which keeps their questions and attendance separate and comparable, and each carries its own free fifty activated attendees. Running them as one event is possible but means every partner sees the others in the directory, which is rarely what a distribution team wants.
