event67 for sponsors

If you are sponsoring an event that runs on event67, what you get in the app is a profile ordered by your tier and an association with the sessions you supported. What you do not get is a lead list, and knowing that before you sign is the point of this page.

Your day with event67

  1. During negotiation

You find out what the inventory actually is

Tier position in the sponsor list, a profile with your logo, description and website, and association with specific sessions. That is the app inventory. Everything else in a prospectus is physical, human or somebody else's platform.

  2. Before the event

    The organizer enters your content

There is no sponsor login, so your logo, description and link go to the organizer and they put them in. Send them the assets you want used, at the size you want them seen at.

  3. During

Attendees meet you where they already are

The sponsor list gets browsed occasionally. Your session association gets seen constantly, because attendees open sessions all day. If you have a choice between a higher tier and a better session, take the session.

  4. Afterwards

You get a number, from the organizer

Engagement analytics give the organizer a view count per session. A sponsor who backed the best-attended breakout can be told what that was. Ask for it as part of the deal rather than hoping.

What you control

What assets get used
Your logo, your description and your link, supplied to the organizer. Send them early and send them right, because you cannot change them yourself later.
Which sessions you are attached to
This is the negotiable item that matters most and the one most prospectuses undersell. Ask for the sessions in the largest rooms.
What you ask to be reported
Session view counts exist. Write into the agreement that you will receive them, because the organizer has them whether or not they think to send them.

What a sponsorship does not buy here

This list is the reason this page exists. Each item appears in sponsorship prospectuses regularly and none of it is deliverable in event67.

  • No lead capture. You cannot scan attendees, and there is no lead list handed over afterwards. The QR feature in this product connects two attendees to each other and is not a sponsor tool.
  • No CRM integration and no per-sponsor data export.
  • No sponsor login or portal. You cannot edit your own profile, post, or see anything directly.
  • No push notifications to attendees. Sponsors cannot buy a notification, and organizers should not sell one.
  • No per-sponsor analytics dashboard. The numbers belong to the organizer, who can share the session view counts.
  • No virtual booth, no floor plan presence and no booth-visit tracking.

If a prospectus you have been sent promises app-based lead retrieval or a sponsor dashboard on an event67 event, that promise cannot be met. Ask the organizer to confirm what platform it is coming from before you sign.

What is worth negotiating instead

Given the real inventory, the leverage sits in three places.

Session association is the placement with attention. A logo on a list is reference material; a logo on the session four hundred people are opening at ten past eleven is exposure. Trade tier for sessions if you have to.

Reporting is free to ask for and rarely offered. Session view counts exist in the organizer's console. Getting them written into the agreement costs the organizer nothing and gives you a number for your own internal reporting.

And the physical event is where the lead generation actually lives. Since the app will not capture leads, whatever you were going to rely on it for has to be solved with people, a stand and a conversation, and the budget should reflect that rather than assuming the software covers it.

What event67 costs you

Nothing. Sponsors are not billed by event67 and have no account with us. The organizer pays for the event on a per-activated-attendee basis, and your sponsorship is a commercial arrangement with them alone.

Your staff attending the event are attendees like any others: they can use the schedule, the directory and QR connections, and each of them who claims an invite and opens the app counts towards the organizer's meter rather than yours.

Activated means the person claimed their invite and opened the app. Not when you import them, not when the invite is delivered, and not if they register and stay home.

Questions people actually ask

Can sponsors collect leads through the app?

No. There is no lead capture, no badge scanning for sponsors and no lead export anywhere in event67. The QR feature connects two attendees to each other and produces no lead record. Plan your lead generation around the stand and the conversation.

Do sponsors get a login?

No. There is no sponsor portal. Your logo, description and website link are entered by the organizer, so send them the assets you want used and check them before the doors open.

Where in the app do sponsors appear?

On a sponsor list ordered by tier, from Platinum down to Bronze, and on the sessions you support. The second one is where the attention is, because attendees open sessions all day and browse sponsor lists rarely.

Can we send a notification to attendees?

No. Sponsors cannot buy a push notification, and there is no mechanism for one. Announcements come from the organizing team and are for the event.

What reporting can we expect?

The organizer can see view counts per session, so a sponsor attached to a well-attended session can be given that number. Ask for it in the agreement; the data exists but nobody will send it unprompted.

Does the sponsor pay event67 anything?

No. Sponsors have no account and no bill with us. The organizer pays per activated attendee, and your arrangement is with them.

Run one and see

The first 50 attendees on an event are free, so a first event under that costs nothing at all.
