event67 for exhibitors
event67 does not do exhibitor tooling. There is no lead retrieval, no badge scanning, no CRM sync and no booth management anywhere in the product. This page exists so that an exhibitor at an event67 event knows that before the first morning rather than during it.
Your day with event67
When the organizer tells you the platform
You check what it does and does not do
If lead retrieval is part of your exhibiting plan, it is not coming from this app, and the sooner your team knows the sooner they can arrange something that does it.
Before the event
You supply assets, if the organizer lists you
Organizers frequently list exhibitors using the sponsor feature: logo, description and website, ordered by tier. If that applies to you, send the organizer your assets, because there is no login for you to enter them yourself.
During
Your staff use it as attendees
Booth staff who claim an invite get the app like anyone else: the schedule, the attendee directory, and QR connections with people they meet. Those connections are personal to each staff member rather than pooled into a company record.
After
There is no lead export
Nothing to download, nothing to import into a CRM, and no per-exhibitor report. Whatever your team captured lives in their individual apps as connections, and getting it into a system is a manual job somebody has to own.
What you control
- What your staff do with the app
- They can browse the directory, scan people they meet and keep those connections. It is a personal address book, not a shared pipeline.
- What you ask the organizer for
- A listing if they are using sponsor pages for exhibitors, and a plain answer on how leads are expected to be captured at this event.
Why the QR scanning here is not lead retrieval
event67 has a QR feature, and it is the single most misread thing about the product from an exhibitor's point of view.
Lead retrieval is asymmetric. A booth rep scans a visitor, the visitor becomes a lead record owned by the exhibiting company, and the record is exported into a CRM for a sales team to work. The scanned person is the asset and typically receives nothing.
event67's QR is symmetric. Two attendees agree to exchange the profiles they each chose to publish, and both keep the result. There is no lead record, no company ownership of a contact, no export by exhibitor and no CRM integration. A booth rep scanning fifty visitors ends the day with fifty personal connections in their own phone, and no way to hand them to a colleague as a list.
That is not a configuration problem. There is no setting that turns one into the other.
What to arrange instead
Ask the organizer what lead capture exists
Many events run a separate lead-retrieval product alongside their app. Ask which one, and whether it is included in your package or a rental.
Bring your own capture
If nothing is provided, a form on your own tablet or a QR code of your own that visitors scan works, and it puts the data straight into your systems rather than into a platform you do not control.
Ask to be listed
If the organizer is using sponsor pages for exhibitors, get your logo, description and link in front of them early. It is not a lead channel but it is real presence in the app.
Ask about session association
If you are also sponsoring a session, that placement is worth more attention than a directory listing, because attendees open sessions constantly.
Brief your staff on what the app is for
It is useful to them as attendees. Telling them it will capture leads sets them up to be annoyed on the floor.
What it costs you
Nothing. Exhibitors have no account with event67 and are never billed by us. Your booth staff who claim an invite and open the app count towards the organizer's meter, not yours, and there is no seat charge or per-exhibitor fee of any kind.
This also means we have no commercial relationship with you and cannot add you to an event, list you, or change anything about how you appear. That is entirely the organizer's, and every request has to go to them.
The complete list of what is absent
- No lead retrieval or badge scanning for exhibitors.
- No CRM sync, no lead export, no lead scoring and no follow-up automation.
- No exhibitor portal or login of any kind.
- No booth management, staff scheduling or shift tooling.
- No interactive floor plan, booth numbering or wayfinding to a stand.
- No booth-visit or dwell-time tracking.
- No virtual booths, because there is no virtual event layer at all.

What it costs
- Free up to 50
- activated attendees, on one live event
- $5
- per activated attendee beyond 50
- $4,750
- the most one event can ever cost, whatever happens past 1,000
Activated means the person claimed their invite and opened the app. Not when you import them, not when the invite is delivered, and not if they register and stay home.
Questions people actually ask
Can our booth staff scan visitors for leads?
Not in the way that phrase means. Staff who are attendees can scan people and keep the resulting connections in their own app, but there is no lead record, no company-owned contact, no export by exhibitor and no CRM sync. It is a personal address book, not a shared pipeline.
Is there an exhibitor portal?
No. There is no exhibitor login anywhere in event67. If the organizer lists exhibitors, they do it through the sponsor feature and they enter the content themselves.
Does event67 have a floor plan showing our booth?
No. There is no interactive floor plan, booth numbering or wayfinding in the product. Attendees find stands from the printed guide and the signage, as they always have.
How do we get our leads after the event?
There are none to get from the platform. Whatever your team captured lives in individual staff members' connections. If lead capture matters to your exhibiting economics, arrange it separately and do not wait to find out on the first morning.
Do exhibitors pay event67?
No. Exhibitors have no account and no bill with us. The organizer pays per activated attendee, and every request about listings or access goes to them rather than to us.
