event67 vs vFairs

The one-sentence difference: event67 is a branded conference app with a published per-attendee rate and a per-event ceiling, while vFairs is a broad event platform spanning registration, badge printing, virtual environments and exhibitor tooling, sold by quote.

A narrow product against a broad one

vFairs (vFairs is a trademark of its owner) publishes event registration and ticketing with payment processing, a branded mobile event app, badge printing and check-in with instant on-site printing, QR scanning and facial recognition, a virtual platform with 3D immersive environments and exhibit halls, lead capture and exhibitor portals, speaker and abstract management, event reporting with live dashboards and an AI reporting chatbot, AI writing and matchmaking tools, and 24/7 technical support with dedicated project managers (accessed 3 September 2026).

event67 publishes an attendee app and an organizer console: schedule and personal agenda, workshop RSVPs, attendee directory, QR connections, live Q&A, polls, reactions, session ratings, moderated photo album, tier-ordered sponsor pages, push and scheduled announcements, admin chat, themed email campaigns, forms, tracked links, Wallet passes and live engagement analytics. Both lists are real; only one of them is a platform.

Both sell a branded app, and that is the band where the two genuinely compete. Everything above and below it — the checkout, the printers, the booths, the stage — is on one side only. So the useful question is not which product is better but whether your requirement is the app or the event operation. If it is the operation, the rest of this page is a courtesy.

Side by side, with a source on every row

Everything in the vFairs column comes from a page we loaded ourselves. The superscript on a cell is its source: it links to that page and the date it was loaded, in the Sources section below. Nothing is inferred, and a row we could not source is removed rather than softened. vFairs may change its pricing at any time; check vFairs's pricing page for current figures.

event67 meters activated attendees on a single event. vFairs's published model is quote-based — not published. The two are not the same unit, so the figures are not directly comparable.

Every event67 figure on this page is generated at build time from event67's own pricing library rather than typed into the page, so the page and the meter cannot disagree. event67 publishes no performance, capacity or throughput measurement on this page, and makes no comparative measurement of any other product.

No seat field on this side, and no total. Working out what vFairs would charge for this room would mean estimating a number they have not published, and an estimate presented as a comparison is exactly the claim we will not make. What follows is only what vFairs states itself.

  • As at 3 September 2026, vFairs does not publish list pricing and directs buyers to request a quote.

Where vFairs is the better choice

  • You need registration and payment collection. vFairs publishes ticketing with payment processing; event67 has no checkout at all.
  • The desk prints badges. vFairs publishes on-site instant badge printing, QR scanning and facial-recognition check-in; event67 has no printer or kiosk integration.
  • The event is virtual or hybrid. vFairs publishes 3D immersive environments, webinars and exhibit halls; event67 has no streaming or virtual venue.
  • Exhibitors need lead capture. vFairs publishes exhibitor portals with booth scanning and lead scoring; event67's QR is attendee-to-attendee only.
  • You want a named project manager on a 24/7 rota. vFairs publishes that support model; event67 does not offer it.

All five are sourced to vFairs' own pages, accessed 3 September 2026, and all five are hard exclusions on our side rather than roadmap items. Two or more on your list should end the comparison.

Where event67 is the better choice

  • You want a figure before a demo. event67's rate, free tier and per-event ceiling are published; vFairs publishes no list pricing as at 3 September 2026.
  • You are buying one conference. event67 has no annual licence, no seat minimum and no implementation project before a first event can run.
  • You want to pay for turnout. event67 counts only attendees who claimed the invite and opened the app, and charges 48 hours after the event ends.
  • You want a fixed worst case. A single event on event67 never exceeds $4,750 whatever the room turns out to be.
  • You want local prices that are local. event67 publishes flat local rates rather than converting a US figure, and never presents them as conversions.

If you are moving the app, this is the shape of it

Decide first whether you are moving an app or dismantling a platform. If registration, badging or streaming stay with an incumbent, this is a partial move and should be scoped as one; if they were never in scope, it is straightforward.

The work itself is data entry: export the attendee list, import by CSV, rebuild sessions, tracks, rooms, speakers and sponsors in the console, set the theme, send invites with per-recipient delivery tracking, and watch the live meter. Prove it on the free 50-attendee tier with an internal event before committing a conference.

The part to plan is the install. A different branded app is a fresh download for every delegate, so the invite email, the Wallet pass and the on-site signage all need to name it.

Questions people actually ask

Which is cheaper?

Unanswerable, and we will not guess. event67 publishes free to 50 activated attendees, $5 each after that, and a $4,750 ceiling for one event. As at 3 September 2026, vFairs does not publish list pricing and directs buyers to request a quote. Get the quote, put our published curve beside it, and make sure you are comparing the same scope rather than the same headline.

Do both give attendees a branded app?

Yes. vFairs markets a white-labelled mobile event app on its pricing page and a fully branded app built through an app builder on its homepage (accessed 3 September 2026), with no price or lead time published. event67 publishes to the App Store and Google Play under the client's own listing as standard on every event, including the free tier.

Does event67 do onsite check-in?

Partly, and the limit matters. Organisers scan an attendee's QR badge at the door, a repeat scan returns 'already' rather than an error, and a live arrivals count runs against the guest list. What event67 has no part of is badge production: no printers, no badge stock, no kiosks, no facial recognition. vFairs publishes all of that.

Is event67 suitable for a trade show?

Not on its own. A trade show needs an exhibit-hall layer — booth sales, floor plans, exhibitor portals and lead retrieval — and event67 has none of it. What event67 covers is the conference programme running alongside the floor: schedule, networking, Q&A, polls and the attendee app. Anything to do with the hall itself would need another vendor.

How large an event can event67 handle commercially?

There is no commercial ceiling on room size, because the price stops moving at 1,000 activated attendees and every attendee beyond that costs nothing. We publish no throughput or capacity figure, because we have no comparative test to stand behind and will not assert one on a comparison page.

Decide with a real event, not a demo

One live event, up to 50 activated attendees, with the whole feature set and the full branded theme. No card.
