event67 vs Accelevents
The one-sentence difference: event67 meters a single event by the attendees who actually opened a branded app included as standard, while Accelevents licenses a broader platform by the year and places its organiser-branded app in a quote-only White Label tier.

Two products that meet in the middle band
Accelevents (Accelevents is a trademark of Accelevents, Inc.) publishes registration and ticketing with unlimited registration types and custom fields, onsite check-in and badge printing staff-managed or by kiosk, agenda and speaker management, a mobile event app for attendees, exhibitor and sponsor management with lead capture, a virtual event hub with native streaming sold as a paid add-on, and CRM integrations with API and webhooks on higher tiers (accessed 3 September 2026).
event67 publishes a branded attendee app and an organizer console, and nothing either side of it. The two products meet on the agenda, the attendee experience and organiser analytics; Accelevents extends outward into the checkout, the badge printer, the booth and the stream, and event67 does not.
The commercial shapes mirror the scope. An annual licence with unlimited admin seats suits an organisation with a calendar and a team. A per-event meter with a free first fifty and a fixed ceiling suits an organisation with one flagship event and a small crew. Both are coherent; they simply serve different buyers, and the table below is arranged so the scope sits next to the money rather than under it.
Side by side, with a source on every row
Everything in the Accelevents column comes from a page we loaded ourselves. The superscript on a cell is its source: it links to that page and the date it was loaded, in the Sources section below. Nothing is inferred, and a row we could not source is removed rather than softened. Accelevents may change its pricing at any time; check Accelevents's pricing page for current figures.

event67 meters activated attendees on a single event. Accelevents's published model is annual platform licence by tier (single event vs unlimited events), with a separate White Label tier; virtual-event functionality sold as a paid add-on. No per-ticket or per-registration fee is published. The two are not the same unit, so the figures are not directly comparable.
Every event67 figure on this page is generated at build time from event67's own pricing library rather than typed into the page, so the page and the meter cannot disagree. event67 publishes no performance, capacity or throughput measurement on this page, and makes no comparative measurement of any other product.

Accelevents
No seat field on this side, and no total. Working out what Accelevents would charge for this room would mean estimating a number they have not published, and an estimate presented as a comparison is exactly the claim we will not make. What follows is only what Accelevents states itself.
- As published on Accelevents's pricing page on 3 September 2026, Professional is listed at Starting from $7,500.

Where Accelevents is the better choice
- You want registration, ticketing and payments from the same vendor. Accelevents publishes all three; event67 has no checkout.
- The desk prints badges or runs kiosks. Accelevents publishes onsite check-in and badge printing; event67 has no printer or kiosk integration.
- Exhibitors need lead capture. Accelevents publishes exhibitor and sponsor management with lead capture; event67's QR is attendee-to-attendee networking only.
- You run a calendar of events. Accelevents publishes an unlimited-events tier; event67 meters each event separately.
- Events feed a CRM. Accelevents publishes Salesforce, HubSpot and Marketo integrations plus API and webhooks on higher tiers; event67 has no CRM connector and no public API programme.
Where event67 is the better choice
- The branded store listing must not be a tier upgrade. It is standard in event67; on Accelevents it sits in the quote-only White Label tier (accessed 3 September 2026).
- You are running one event, not a programme. No annual licence, no seat minimum, no commitment beyond the event itself.
- You want to start free and self-serve. One live event up to 50 activated attendees with no card, against no published free tier on the other side.
- You want to pay for turnout. event67 bills activated attendees 48 hours after the event ends, so a smaller-than-expected room costs less.
- You want a fixed worst case. A single event on event67 never exceeds $4,750 however large the room.
If you are switching, this is the shape of it
Two sums decide it. First, how many events a year: a licence beats a meter across a calendar. Second, how much of the requirement is not the app: if the checkout, the printer or the booth is in scope, event67 is at most part of the answer.
Where the meter wins, the migration is data entry. Export the attendee list, import by CSV, rebuild sessions, tracks, rooms, speakers and sponsors in the console, set the theme with the contrast advisory running, send invites with delivery tracking, and watch the live meter from publication day. Prove it on the free 50-attendee tier first.
Plan two things: the second install for delegates who had the old app, and the reporting join, because engagement data leaves event67 as an export rather than through a connector.

What it costs
- Free up to 50
- activated attendees, on one live event
- $5
- per activated attendee beyond 50
- $4,750
- the most one event can ever cost, whatever happens past 1,000
Activated means the person claimed their invite and opened the app. Not when you import them, not when the invite is delivered, and not if they register and stay home.
Questions people actually ask
Which is cheaper for one conference?
For a single mid-sized event, event67's published curve is lower: free to 50 activated attendees, $5 each after that, capped at $4,750. Accelevents publishes a four-figure floor for a single event on its own pricing page (accessed 3 September 2026), and its branded app sits in a quote-only tier above that. But the two prices buy different scopes, so compare against your actual requirement and not against the headline.
Do both offer a branded app?
Both offer one; the difference is where it sits. Accelevents' White Label tier explicitly includes a branded mobile app with a store listing, alongside removal of its own branding and a custom URL and email domain, priced by quote (accessed 3 September 2026). event67 publishes to the App Store and Google Play under the client's own listing as standard on every event, including the free tier.
Does either take a cut of ticket revenue?
Accelevents publishes no per-ticket or per-registration fee on its pricing page; the figure is an organiser licence (accessed 3 September 2026). event67 takes no cut either, because it has no checkout at all — it does not sell tickets or collect payment from attendees, so it is never in that transaction.
What about virtual sessions?
Accelevents publishes a virtual event hub with native streaming, sold as a paid add-on on top of any tier (accessed 3 September 2026). event67 has no streaming, no virtual stage and no on-demand video, confirmed by search across the codebase on 3 September 2026. For a hybrid programme, that half would need another vendor.
Can the two run together?
There is no integration and event67 claims none. In practice organisers keep whichever product owns registration and the desk and move the attendee list into event67 by CSV for the app. That is a file moved by a person; calling it an integration would imply a relationship between the two companies that does not exist.
