event67 vs Bizzabo

The one-sentence difference: event67 is a branded conference app metered per activated attendee for one event at a time, while Bizzabo is a B2B event marketing platform sold as a per-user annual subscription with a three-user minimum and no single-event purchase.

Different buyers, overlapping middles

The clearest way to read this comparison is to ask who signs. Bizzabo (Bizzabo and Klik are trademarks of Bizzabo, Inc.) publishes registration and ticketing with contact management, a website builder and email campaigns, a branded mobile app in the core offering, Klik SmartBadge wearables priced separately, onsite check-in and live streaming, AI-assisted networking and matchmaking, and Salesforce and marketing-automation integrations (accessed 3 September 2026). That is bought by a marketing organisation.

event67 publishes an attendee app and an organizer console. That is bought by whoever runs the event. Both products put a schedule, networking and live engagement in a delegate's hand; only one of them also puts the resulting data into a demand-generation pipeline.

The pricing shapes follow from that. A per-user annual subscription with a three-user minimum prices a team's access to a platform for a year. A per-activated-attendee meter with a fixed per-event ceiling prices one room. Both figures are published, which makes this one of the few comparisons in the category where the numbers can actually be laid side by side — as long as the scope column is read at the same time.

Side by side, with a source on every row

Everything in the Bizzabo column comes from a page we loaded ourselves. The superscript on a cell is its source: it links to that page and the date it was loaded, in the Sources section below. Nothing is inferred, and a row we could not source is removed rather than softened. Bizzabo may change its pricing at any time; check Bizzabo's pricing page for current figures.

event67 meters activated attendees on a single event. Bizzabo's published model is per-user annual subscription with a three-user minimum; core platform price is published, hardware and add-ons are quote-based. The two are not the same unit, so the figures are not directly comparable.

Bizzabo

No seat field on this side, and no total. Working out what Bizzabo would charge for this room would mean estimating a number they have not published, and an estimate presented as a comparison is exactly the claim we will not make. What follows is only what Bizzabo states itself.

  • As published on Bizzabo's pricing page on 3 September 2026, Event Experience OS is listed at $499/user Per month, billed annually (3 user minimum).

Where Bizzabo is the better choice

  • Events feed a CRM and a pipeline. Bizzabo publishes Salesforce and marketing-automation integrations; event67 has no CRM connector.
  • You need registration, an event website and prospect email in one product. Bizzabo publishes all three; event67 has none of them.
  • Networking hardware matters. Bizzabo publishes Klik SmartBadge wearables; event67 has no hardware of any kind.
  • You need matchmaking or meeting scheduling. Bizzabo publishes AI-assisted networking and matchmaking; event67 has a directory and QR connections and nothing more.
  • The programme streams, or the desk prints. Bizzabo publishes onsite check-in and live streaming; event67 has neither.

Add the track-record difference: a much larger public review base and a longer enterprise procurement history than a newer vendor can show. That is a credibility gap and not only a feature gap, and it is fair to weigh it.

Where event67 is the better choice

  • You want to buy one event. Bizzabo's own pricing page states there are no single-event purchases of the core platform; event67 has no subscription at all.
  • A small team is the whole team. There is no seat minimum on event67, against a published three-user minimum on the other side.
  • You want the bill to follow turnout. event67 counts only attendees who claimed the invite and opened the app, and charges 48 hours after the event ends.
  • You want engagement features in the base price. Q&A, polls, reactions, photo album, chat, Wallet passes, campaigns, forms and tracked links are all included.
  • You want to try it on a real event first. One live event up to 50 activated attendees, free, with no card.

If you are unbundling the app, this is the shape of it

This is rarely a full migration and should not be scoped as one. Registration, the website and the campaign tooling stay where they are. event67 takes the attendee list by CSV and owns the in-room experience for one event, run alongside the incumbent.

Do it on the free tier first: a 50-attendee internal or regional event is a genuine test of the console, the theme and the invite flow. Then decide whether the flagship follows.

Two things to plan. Delegates who had the old app need a reason to install the new one, so name it in the invite, on the Wallet pass and on the signage. And engagement data leaves event67 as an export rather than through a connector, so agree who owns the reporting join before the first event rather than after it.

Questions people actually ask

Which is cheaper?

Both publish figures, which makes this answerable in a way most comparisons here are not — but only against your own numbers. event67 is free to 50 activated attendees, $5 each after that, capped at $4,750 for one event. Bizzabo publishes a per-user monthly figure billed annually with a three-user minimum, and an annual figure for the same plan (accessed 3 September 2026). One prices a year of platform access; the other prices one room.

Do both give attendees a branded app?

event67 does, publishing to the App Store and Google Play under the client's own listing as standard. For Bizzabo, a third-party listing describes a branded mobile app in the core offering, but we could not source a vendor statement on whether that is a standalone store listing under the organiser's developer account or branding inside a container app, so we make no claim either way.

Does event67 replace Bizzabo?

No, and we would not sell it that way. event67 replaces the attendee app and the console around it. It does not replace registration, ticketing, the website builder, email campaigns, CRM integration, wearables or streaming. Organisers who run both keep the platform for the funnel and use event67 for the room.

What happens if fewer people attend than expected?

On event67 the bill is smaller. The meter counts attendees who claimed the invite and opened the app, and the charge lands 48 hours after the event ends, so a room that fills to 380 instead of 480 costs $1,650 rather than $2,150. We make no claim about how any other vendor's contract handles under-attendance.

Can event67 report on pipeline?

No. The console reports active attendees, funnels, top sessions, session ratings and an end-of-event archive of every Q&A, poll and photo. None of that is joined to opportunity data, because event67 has no CRM connector. If your events are measured against pipeline, that join is manual and you should count the cost of it.
