event67 vs Nunify

In one sentence: Nunify is a broad event platform whose published surface runs from registration and ticketing through onsite badge printing to exhibitor lead scanning, with a branded app available as a paid white-label upgrade, while event67 is a narrower product — the branded attendee app and the organiser console around it — with the store listing included as standard and billing metered on attendees who actually showed up.

Where the two genuinely part company

Nunify (Nunify is a trademark of Nunify Inc.) and event67 overlap more than most pairs in this category. Both publish a multi-track agenda with a personalised schedule, moderated live Q&A, live polls, surveys and feedback, a photo or social wall, segmented scheduled push notifications with deep links, sponsor profiles, and a branded app on iOS, Android and web. A delegate would not be able to tell the two apart from the session screen alone, and we are not going to pretend otherwise.

The divergence is on either side of the app. Nunify reaches outward into commerce and hardware — registration and ticketing, onsite check-in over QR, NFC or RFID with badge printing, exhibitor profiles with QR lead scanning and export, interactive floor plans and virtual booths, AI matchmaking, 1:1 meeting scheduling and speed networking (nunify.com, accessed 3 September 2026). event67 does none of that and has no plans to. It reaches inward instead: everything it has is the room, the schedule, the questions from the floor and the console the organiser runs it all from.

The other difference is structural rather than functional, and it concerns how each product is packaged and metered. Nunify publishes monthly plans with capacity in bands and white-label as a separately priced upgrade whose figure is not published, with mobile app and website white-labelling taken together and emailers and the admin CMS carrying further costs (nunify.com/pricing and help.nunify.com, accessed 3 September 2026). event67 has one line item and one shape: activated attendees, on a published curve, with the branded listing already in the price. Which of those is preferable depends entirely on whether the parts you are not using feel like optionality or like weight.

Side by side, with a source on every row

Everything in the Nunify column comes from a page we loaded ourselves. The superscript on a cell is its source: it links to that page and the date it was loaded, in the Sources section below. Nothing is inferred, and a row we could not source is removed rather than softened. Nunify may change its pricing at any time; check Nunify's pricing page for current figures.

event67 meters activated attendees on a single event. Nunify's published model is published monthly subscription tiers with capacity add-ons; white-label priced separately on quote. The two are not the same unit, so the figures are not directly comparable.

Every event67 figure on this page is generated at build time from event67's own pricing library rather than typed into the page, so the page and the meter cannot disagree. event67 publishes no performance, capacity or throughput measurement on this page, and makes no comparative measurement of any other product.

Nunify

No seat field on this side, and no total. Working out what Nunify would charge for this room would mean estimating a number they have not published, and an estimate presented as a comparison is exactly the claim we will not make. What follows is only what Nunify states itself.

Where Nunify is the stronger choice

  • You want registration, ticketing and payment collection from the same vendor as the app. Nunify publishes all three; event67 has none of them and takes no payment from attendees.
  • You print badges at the door. Nunify publishes onsite check-in over QR, NFC and RFID with badge printing; event67 has no printer or kiosk integration of any kind.
  • Exhibitors need scannable leads. Nunify publishes QR lead scanning with export and exhibitor profiles; event67's QR connects attendees to each other and is not lead retrieval.
  • Delegates need a floor plan or virtual booths. Nunify publishes interactive floor plans and virtual booths; both are confirmed absent from event67.
  • You want matchmaking and 1:1 meetings. Nunify publishes AI matchmaking, direct messaging, meeting scheduling with optional video and speed networking; event67 has a directory and QR connections instead.
  • You run many events a year on a subscription. Nunify's entry plan publishes unlimited events and unlimited registrations (accessed 3 September 2026); event67 charges per event.

Every one of those is a hard exclusion on our side rather than something we are building, and if two or more describe your event then the comparison is finished. We would rather lose the deal on this list than three weeks into an implementation.

Where event67 is the stronger choice

  • The branded store listing has to be in the price. event67 publishes under the organiser's own name on every event including the free one; Nunify's own white-label FAQ describes white-label as a paid upgrade with a one-time setup cost and additional charges for module update requests (accessed 3 September 2026).
  • You want to try it on a real event, not a clock. event67 is free for one live event up to 50 activated attendees, whole feature set, no card; Nunify's pricing page publishes a 15-day trial of its Engage plan without a card (accessed 3 September 2026).
  • Turnout is unpredictable. event67 meters attendees who claimed an invite and opened the app, so there is no capacity band to overshoot or leave unused.
  • You need a ceiling. One event67 event stops at a published per-event maximum however many people activate, and everyone past 1,000 costs nothing.
  • You want the app and the website decisions kept separate. In event67 the branded app stands alone; there is no bundling requirement because there is no upgrade to bundle.
  • The console has to be self-serve. Sessions, theme, announcements, forms, templates and roles are all edited directly by the organiser's own team.

If you are moving, this is what it looks like

Export attendees, import the CSV, rebuild sessions, tracks, rooms, speakers and sponsors in the console, set the theme, publish, send invites. The console's live meter counts activated attendees from publication onward, so the total is watched rather than received. For a two-day, three-track agenda the data entry is an afternoon and the theme is an hour.

The part that needs a plan is the second store listing. Delegates who downloaded a branded app for a previous edition of your event still have it, so the invite email, the Wallet pass and the registration desk all have to name the new one, and it is worth over-communicating for a week. The compensation is that on event67 the listing is published under your organisation's own name, so this is the last time that particular migration costs you anything.

Questions people actually ask

Is event67 a replacement for Nunify?

For the attendee app and the organiser console, yes. For registration and ticketing, onsite badge printing, NFC and RFID check-in, exhibitor lead scanning, floor plans, virtual booths and meeting matchmaking, no — all of those are published by Nunify on its own site and are confirmed absent from event67 (accessed 3 September 2026). Organisers who move typically keep ticketing wherever it already lives and import the resulting list.

Which one is cheaper?

It depends on numbers neither of us can see from here, and any page claiming otherwise is guessing. The models meter different things: Nunify publishes monthly plans with capacity in bands and a separately priced white-label upgrade whose figure is not published (accessed 3 September 2026); event67 charges per event on activated attendees, free to 50, $5 each after that, capped at $4,750. Get a quote that includes white-label and put our published curve beside it.

Do both apps carry the organiser's own name in the stores?

They can. Nunify's white-label FAQ states that white-label apps are published under the customer's branded name in the Apple App Store and Google Play, with the customer granting Nunify App Manager access to their own Apple Developer Account, as a paid upgrade; events without that upgrade run inside the shared nunify container app (help.nunify.com and nunify.com/event-app, accessed 3 September 2026). event67 publishes under the organiser's own listing on every event as standard.

How is an attendee counted on each side?

Differently, and this is the most practical distinction for a budget. Nunify's pricing page publishes capacity purchased in bands of 150, 300, 500, 1,000 and above, for check-ins on one plan and attendees per event on another (accessed 3 September 2026). event67 counts one activated attendee at a time: a person who claimed their invite and opened the app. Unlimited invites, nothing charged for no-shows, and a hard stop on the total for a single event however large the room turns out to be.

Which is better suited to a first-time organiser?

That is our judgement rather than a fact. We think a first-time organiser running a conference without ticketing, badges or an exhibition is well served by a product they can run free on a real event and price without a call. An organiser whose event needs registration, printed badges and exhibitor leads in one contract will have a harder first event on event67 than on a platform that publishes all three, however quickly our console is learned.
