event67 vs EventMobi

The one-sentence difference: event67 is an attendee app and console priced per activated attendee with a per-event ceiling, while EventMobi is a broader platform with a published per-event floor and an onsite, streaming and integration layer priced separately on top of it.

Last verified: 3 September 2026/Written and maintained by the event67 team

Two published prices that measure different things

This is a rare comparison in this category: both vendors publish numbers. EventMobi (EventMobi is a trademark and tradename of 5Touch Solutions Inc.) publishes a per-event starting figure and an annual unlimited-events licence, and separately publishes what sits outside them — badge stock per badge, printer hardware rental, streaming packs per event, and standard integrations per integration (accessed 3 September 2026). event67 publishes a per-activated-attendee rate with a fixed ceiling per event and no add-on catalogue at all.

The catch is that the two numbers are not measuring the same product. EventMobi's floor buys a platform whose scope includes registration and ticketing, an event website, onsite check-in and badge printing, exhibitor lead capture, interactive multi-floor maps and video libraries. event67's rate buys an attendee app and a console. Comparing the headline figures without that context would produce a flattering table and a misleading one, so the table below states the scope alongside the money.

Where the products genuinely meet is the in-room experience: agenda, networking, chat, Q&A, polls, surveys and analytics. Both do that, and a delegate would find both familiar. The decision therefore turns on the layers outside the session room, and on the two commercial shapes — a floor plus add-ons against a meter with a ceiling.

Side by side, with a source on every row

Everything in the EventMobi column comes from a page we loaded ourselves. The superscript on a cell is its source: it links to that page and the date it was loaded, in the Sources section below. Nothing is inferred, and a row we could not source is removed rather than softened. EventMobi may change its pricing at any time; check EventMobi's pricing page for current figures.

event67 meters activated attendees on a single event. EventMobi's published model is published starting prices, per event or per year, with quoted scaling and priced add-ons. The two are not the same unit, so the figures are not directly comparable.

Every event67 figure on this page is generated at build time from event67's own pricing library rather than typed into the page, so the page and the meter cannot disagree. event67 publishes no performance, capacity or throughput measurement on this page, and makes no comparative measurement of any other product.

No seat field on this side, and no total. Working out what EventMobi would charge for this room would mean estimating a number they have not published, and an estimate presented as a comparison is exactly the claim we will not make. What follows is only what EventMobi states itself.

Where EventMobi is the better choice

  • You run a registration desk. EventMobi publishes onsite check-in and badge printing, badge stock with shipping included, and printer hardware rental; event67 has no printer or kiosk integration at all.
  • Exhibitors need lead capture. EventMobi publishes a lead-capture app; event67's QR is attendee-to-attendee networking and must never be described as lead retrieval.
  • The venue needs maps. EventMobi publishes interactive multi-floor and multi-venue maps; event67 has none.
  • The programme includes video. EventMobi publishes video libraries with channel-style organisation and analytics plus streaming packs; event67 has no streaming or on-demand content.
  • You want a named success manager. EventMobi's annual licence is described as including an Event Success Manager, collaborative build sessions and quarterly business reviews; event67 has no equivalent programme.

All five are sourced to EventMobi's own pages, accessed 3 September 2026, and four of the five are hard exclusions on our side rather than roadmap items.

Where event67 is the better choice

  • The event is mid-sized and the requirement is the app. event67's first 50 activated attendees are free and the meter scales down as well as up.
  • You would rather not price add-ons. Chat, live Q&A, polls, reactions, photo album, campaigns, forms, tracked links, scheduled push and Wallet passes are in event67's base product.
  • You want to start without a sales call. event67 signup is self-serve email and password; EventMobi's free trial access follows a personalised demo (accessed 3 September 2026).
  • You want the worst case fixed. event67 stops at $4,750 for one event however large the room turns out to be.
  • Attendees should install one thing. event67 ships one attendee app plus a browser event site, with no separate onsite or lead-capture app.

If you are switching, this is the shape of it

Start by splitting the requirement into desk and room. event67 answers the room. If the desk needs printers, badge stock or exhibitor scanning, either those stay with an incumbent or the move does not make sense.

If the room is the requirement, the migration is data entry: CSV import of the attendee list, then sessions, tracks, rooms, speakers and sponsors into the console, then the theme, then invites with delivery tracking. Prove it on the free 50-attendee tier with an internal event before you commit a conference to it.

The honest constraint is time. A branded app clears store review, and where EventMobi documents four to eight weeks we publish no figure at all rather than one we cannot stand behind. If your event is close, raise that in the first conversation rather than the last.

Questions people actually ask

Which one is cheaper?

For the app alone at mid-size, event67's curve is lower — the first 50 activated attendees are free, each one after is $5, and a single event stops at $4,750. But the two prices buy different scopes, and EventMobi's floor includes capabilities event67 does not have. Compare against your own requirement rather than against the headline figures, and use EventMobi's own pricing page for its numbers.

Do both offer a branded app?

Yes, and both put it in the organiser's own store listing. EventMobi documents that Custom Branded Apps are hosted from the organiser's own Apple and Google developer accounts with their own listing and icon, on a four-to-eight-week timeline, with pricing not published (accessed 3 September 2026). event67 publishes to both stores under the client's own listing as standard, with no separate branded-app price.

Does event67 do check-in?

Partly. Organisers scan an attendee's QR badge at the door and a repeat scan returns 'already' rather than an error, and a live arrivals count runs against the guest list. What event67 does not have is any printing: no badge stock, no printers, no kiosks. Check-in without badge production is a narrower capability than EventMobi's and the table says so.

What about attendee numbers over 1,000?

They cost nothing extra on event67. The price stops moving at 1,000 activated attendees, so a 1,200-person and a 5,000-person conference both cost $4,750. EventMobi publishes that custom pricing applies above 10,000 attendees (accessed 3 September 2026); we make no claim about what that figure is.

Can the two run alongside each other?

There is no integration between them and event67 claims none. What organisers do in practice is keep whichever product owns registration and the desk, and move the attendee list into event67 by CSV for the app. That is a file moved by a person, not a connector, and describing it as an integration would imply a relationship that does not exist.
