event67 vs Eventee (eventee.co)
The short version: both are conference apps that can ship under the organiser's own name in both stores, and the substantive difference is commercial. Eventee (eventee.co) sells attendee capacity in named plans with per-event caps; event67 meters attendees who claim an invite and open the app, on a continuous curve that stops at a fixed per-event total.

What actually separates two very similar products
Eventee (eventee.co) (Eventee is a trademark of Eventee s.r.o.) publishes a mobile event app and a web app for remote attendees, an interactive digital schedule with a personal agenda, live Q&A and polls during sessions, push notifications, a social wall, event analytics and attendance tracking, B2B networking with matchmaking including a swipe-based flow, gamification with leaderboards, a free no-code event website builder, check-in with badge printing on its annual tiers, and custom branding with white-label options (eventee.com, accessed 3 September 2026). event67 publishes a schedule with tracks and a personal agenda called My Picks, workshop RSVPs with server-side capacity and waitlist promotion, an attendee directory with QR connections, live Q&A, polls, reactions, session feedback, a shared photo album with moderation, sponsor pages, smart push that deep-links to the exact post, Apple Wallet passes with a Live Activity, and an organiser console covering approvals, check-in, live arrivals, announcements, email campaigns and templates, forms, tracked links, admin-only team chat and live engagement analytics.
Overlay those two lists and most of the middle matches. The edges do not, and they point in opposite directions: Eventee's edges are matchmaking, gamification, a public website builder and badge printing, and event67's are the organiser comms suite, Wallet passes, photo moderation and the admin chat's audit trail.
Which leaves pricing architecture as the deciding axis for most readers. Eventee's plans are capped by attendees per event — three pay-per-event plans and three annual plans bundling a fixed number of events — so scale is bought by moving up a tier (eventee.com/pricing, accessed 3 September 2026). event67 charges nothing for the first 50 activated attendees, a published unit for each one after that, and nothing at all beyond 1,000, which is where the per-event total stops. Neither model is inherently kinder. A tier is simpler to budget and can be cheaper if your headcount reliably fills it; a meter is fairer when attendance is uncertain and never charges for someone who did not show up. Work out which describes your event and the choice mostly makes itself.
Side by side, with a source on every row
Everything in the Eventee (eventee.co) column comes from a page we loaded ourselves. The superscript on a cell is its source: it links to that page and the date it was loaded, in the Sources section below. Nothing is inferred, and a row we could not source is removed rather than softened. Eventee (eventee.co) may change its pricing at any time; check Eventee (eventee.co)'s pricing page for current figures.

No card and no trial clock. | Eventee advertises an 'unlimited free trial' with no credit card: 'Eventee is free until you are ready to launch.' event67 meters activated attendees on a single event. Eventee (eventee.co)'s published model is published tiered pricing, per event or annual multi-event. The two are not the same unit, so the figures are not directly comparable.
Every event67 figure on this page is generated at build time from event67's own pricing library rather than typed into the page, so the page and the meter cannot disagree. event67 publishes no performance, capacity or throughput measurement on this page, and makes no comparative measurement of any other product.

No seat field on this side, and no total. Where Eventee (eventee.co) is the stronger choice
- You want matchmaking. Eventee publishes B2B networking with matchmaking and a swipe-based connection flow; event67 has a directory and QR connections and no matchmaking engine.
- You want gamification. Eventee publishes gamification with leaderboards; event67 has none, and reactions are not a substitute.
- You need a public event website. Eventee publishes a free no-code website builder; event67's attendee web site is noindex by deliberate decision and will not serve as a marketing page.
- You print badges at the door. Eventee's annual plans publish check-in with badge printing; event67 scans QR badges but prints nothing.
- You want one annual number for a calendar of events. Eventee publishes annual plans bundling three, six or twelve events a year; event67 prices per event.
Every Eventee statement above comes from eventee.com or eventee.com/pricing, accessed 3 September 2026. The first four are hard exclusions in event67 rather than pending work, and we would rather you weigh them now than raise them in week three.
Where event67 is the stronger choice
- Your headcount is uncertain. event67 charges only for attendees who claimed an invite and opened the app, so no-shows and unopened invites never reach the bill.
- You sit awkwardly between attendee caps. event67's curve is continuous from 51 to 1,000 activated attendees, with no plan to move up and no unused headroom to pay for.
- You want the branded listing without negotiating for it. event67 ships the organiser's own App Store and Google Play listing as standard; Eventee's white-label page routes pricing to contact sales.
- Organiser communications matter. event67's console carries email campaigns and templates with a themed signature footer on every send, forms, tracked links and scheduled announcements that deep-link to the exact post.
- You want a hard per-event ceiling. One event on event67 never exceeds $4,750 in total, however many people turn up.
Two of those are about uncertainty and two about control of the organiser's own brand and messaging. None of them help if you need matchmaking or a printer at the registration desk.
Moving between two similar products
This is one of the more straightforward migrations we see, because the two products model a conference the same way. Export the attendee list, import it into event67 by CSV, rebuild sessions, tracks, rooms, speakers and sponsors in the console, set workshop capacities if you want server-side RSVP limits with automatic waitlist promotion, apply the theme, and send bulk invites with per-recipient delivery tracking. The console's live meter counts activations from the day the event is published, so the total accrues in view rather than arriving as a surprise, and the charge lands 48 hours after the event closes.
Two things need a decision rather than a data migration. If your public event website was built on the outgoing product, event67 will not replace it — our attendee web surface is deliberately kept out of search indexes — so keep the existing site or rebuild it somewhere else. And if your delegates return year after year to a familiar shared app, moving to a store listing under your own name means a fresh install for every one of them. The invite email, the Wallet pass and the on-site signage all have to carry that install, and it is worth budgeting a communications pass rather than assuming it happens by itself.

What it costs
- Free up to 50
- activated attendees, on one live event
- $5
- per activated attendee beyond 50
- $4,750
- the most one event can ever cost, whatever happens past 1,000
Activated means the person claimed their invite and opened the app. Not when you import them, not when the invite is delivered, and not if they register and stay home.
Questions people actually ask
Is event67 a straight replacement for Eventee (eventee.co)?
For the core conference app, largely yes — schedule, personal agenda, live Q&A, polls, push, directory and analytics all have counterparts, and both can ship under the organiser's own store listing. It is not a replacement for matchmaking, gamification, the no-code event website builder or badge printing, all of which Eventee publishes and event67 does not have (accessed 3 September 2026). Check those four before treating this as a like-for-like swap.
Which one costs less for my event?
It depends entirely on where your activations land relative to a plan cap, and we will not publish a figure for the other side. event67's price is published: free to 50 activated attendees, $5 each after that, and never more than $4,750 for one event. Eventee publishes named plans with per-event attendee caps on its own pricing page (accessed 3 September 2026). Take your expected activation count, read both, and compare directly.
What happens if more people turn up than I expected?
On event67 the curve simply continues — each additional activated attendee adds $5 until the total reaches $4,750, after which further attendees cost nothing at all. There is no plan to upgrade mid-event and no overage penalty. On a capped-tier model the relevant question is what happens at the cap, which is a question for the vendor rather than for us.
Do both apps work for attendees who are not in the building?
Partly, in both cases. Eventee publishes a web event app for remote attendees alongside its mobile app (accessed 3 September 2026). event67 has a web event site with event home, sessions, speakers and forms, and remote attendees can browse the directory and send connection requests rather than scan QR codes. Neither of those is a virtual event platform, and event67 in particular has no streaming, no virtual stage and no on-demand video.
How long does a branded app take to appear in the stores?
We will not put a number on either side. Eventee's white-label page lists a question about store timelines in its own FAQ and does not answer it on the page (accessed 3 September 2026), so we have nothing to cite. For event67 the branded listing is the standard delivery rather than an add-on, and store review timing sits with Apple and Google rather than with us — which is exactly why we decline to publish a promise about it.
