seats at the largest venue mapped in United StatesOne dot ≈ 1,000 attendees

Downtown Las Vegas Events Center states the largest capacity of any venue mapped in United States. The dots show what event67 would bill at that head count, and where the price stops.

One price, published in full

One live event with up to 50 activated attendees costs nothing. Beyond that it is $5 per activated attendee, and one event can never cost more than $4,750 however many people turn up. No setup fee, no per-event licence, no annual minimum.

The word doing the work is activated. You are billed for a person who claimed their invite and opened the app — not for a row in your registration export, and not for somebody who registered in March and stayed home in June.

Every state and territory

The largest venues mapped in United States

Ranked by stated capacity. Open data rarely publishes a capacity for a convention centre, so the top of this table is dominated by arenas and stadiums rather than by exhibition halls — that is a property of the sources, not a ranking of the venues.

What running an event here means in practice

Four facts about United States decide more about an event than the venue does: how many clocks your audience is on, what language the room expects, what currency the bill arrives in, and how large the domestic audience actually is.

6 clocks
UTC−10, UTC−4, UTC−5, UTC−6, UTC−7 and UTC−8 in September. A single live session cannot be convenient in all of them, which is the argument for recording every track and for putting the schedule somewhere every attendee reads it in their own time zone.
Working languages
English and Spanish. Attendee-facing copy, invitations and session titles are yours to write; event67 does not translate them for you, and a bilingual audience usually wants the schedule in both.
Billed in USD
The price above is the price you pay, in the currency the invoice is issued in. There is no conversion step and no separate local rate card.
Domestic audience
335 million people, across 1,461 cities this dataset covers. For a member or industry event that number, not the venue, is what decides whether a second edition is worth running.
