Quick fixes

I didn't get an invite email

Check your spam folder. If still missing, ask your event organizer to re-send. If you sign in with Google or Apple using the same email, your invite is automatically linked.

The QR code won't scan

Make sure both phones have the latest version of the app, and that the scanned QR is the one in the other person's profile. Lighting can also matter — point the camera at the screen squarely and hold steady for a moment.

I'm not getting push announcements

Open the iOS Settings app → Notifications → event67 → make sure Allow Notifications is on. Then quit and re-open the app to refresh your push token.

I want to remove my profile photo or info

Open the app → Me tab → Edit profile. Clear the fields and tap Save. To turn off visibility in the attendee list, toggle off "Visible in attendee list".

Photos uploaded but I can't see them

Photos may be moderated by the event organizer before they appear publicly. If your photo doesn't show up after 24 hours, contact your organizer directly.
